Posted .Universal compatibility with Chrome, Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems - the JUH377 supports up 7 accessories plugged in at once abolishing the idea of unplugging one device to use the other.

Posted .DigitalVT, In the case where the JUH377 is not reliable and devices need to be unplugged and reconnected, we advise contacting the support team as it may be a defective USB host cable. The hub is covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty and we will gladly exchange it for you if necessary.

I bought a macbook and needed a hub I can use to connect all my music equipment and recording studio equipment to. This worked great was able to run 2 midi keyboards and audio interface maschine drumpad midi fighter controller 4 studio monitors with a subwoofer and a pioneer dj controller all from this one hub....Perfect!!!

7 USB hubs but only 1 with charging compatibility

The reason for the 3 stars is solely because the device does not supply constant power to all 7 hubs. It only has 1 USB hub that can provide power and up to 2.4amps. I feel for the cost of the product, I should be able to charge an iPad while connected to ANY of the 7 hubs, not just the 1. Unfortunately, this is going back and I already found replacement.

Posted .Unfortunately, one port supports fast charging for smartphones, tablets, iPad up to 2.4A. Other USB ports supports transfer rate (5 Gbps).
Stay away from this deceptive device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Performed well for the first month then in the 5th week exhibited intermittant failure, then in the 6th week total failure. Devices plugged into this device were a 2 month old Samsung T3 SSD 250GB, 6 year old HP printer, and 10 year old Epsom scanner. A new 7 port hub from a different manufacturer reveals nothing is wrong with with any plugged in device. I later discover this J5 Create 7 port USB3 hub has very poor ratings on Amazon. I was in a desperate urgent situation so I didn't get a chance to look at any reviews before buying this device recommended by a Best Buy sales man. Lesson learned - don't let the tyranny of the urgent force you in to making uninformed purchases. Best Buy strictly inforced their 15-day return policy not offering me any form of exchange or refund.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not everyone wants to be slowed by WIFI, but prefers to be connected with cables: an external mouse instead of the touchpad, multiple printers, a backup device, storing thousands of photos on a flash drive for the screensaver instead of clogging the computer. There are not enough ports, so I am grateful for this 7-port device

Posted .Not enough ports for all your accessories can cause difficulties in getting the job done. With the JUH377 you multiply 1 USB port into 7 allowing the use of various gadgets at once.
