Ok usb hub

Posted .Not having enough USB ports on your computer is frustrating, with the 7 port hub, you can now add all your gadgets in one hub eliminating the expense of multiple devices to do the job of one.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Depending what USB peripherals are being connected to the one port that is not working. If it is a high powered devices that requires more power to function, would need to connect to computer directly.

When I went to return it, I had only 2 of the 7 ports working. Over Priced & Un-Enthused!! Expected much more, and the worst part.....it broke just days after the 15 day no refund rule at Best Buy, so I got a store credit, instead of my money back!

There is a possibility of a factory defective device and in such cases, we recommend contacting the support team printed on the casing to speak with a rep. An agent will be more than happy to diagnose, troubleshoot and offer solutions; if necessary, an exchange will be offered under the manufacturer's warranty.

I reached out to j5create and this is what they said... "The issue is likely the j5create device, the device is design for low power devices such as mice, keyboard, and flash drives. You will need a self-powered docking station, however based on the devices that you are plugging in I do not beleive any of our docking stations will provie enough power to the device." Which is EXACTLY the opposite of what the product description says. It says it works with High-bandwidth devices such as webcams and cameras. This also has terrible reviews on Amazon, so I don't know how this could possibly have 4+ stars. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS!

I'm really sorry to hear about this! Our device does work with high bandwidth devices, but your devices are both high powered, and high bandwidth and that is more than what the device is capable of powering. That being said, I don't think my rep phrased it quite right with you and I do apologize for that. I've let my team know so that we can correct that in the future.
