Great USB Hub

Thank you for your feedback on the J5Create 7 port hub. It is good to know that you appreciate the value. There are a few things that can have an effect on the charging speed that you see with the hub. You will see slower charging with the more devices that you have plugged into the hub. The optional DC power in can be used to increase the performance of the hub as well. Also ensure that you are using the port that has the mark on the bottom of the housing for the fastest charging.

Posted .Being short on USB ports is very inconvenient; thanks to the JUH377 hub, you can now add more peripherals to your computer; simply connect and use. If needed; technical assistance, warranty information can be obtained by contacting support and their information can be found on the packaging.

Posted .Many newer computers do not have many USB ports these days. The JUH377 is an easy way to add 7 USB ports so you can connect all of your peripherals. Glad to hear that it is doing its job.

Posted .Connect various USB devices (e.g., flash drives, external hard drive, USB mice) to different ports on the hub. Try connecting the hub to different USB ports on your computer to eliminate the possibility of a problematic USB port. Ensure that your computer's USB drivers are up to date. Check for updates on your computer manufacturer's website. Be aware of the power requirements of the USB devices you're connecting. Some high-power devices may require dedicated ports or an external power source to operate correctly.
