Bought this to use as a power hub for charging usb devices. With the external power plugged into the wall, only one port is powered. Although this technically makes it a powered usb hub, it doesn't quite do what it claims.

It has 4 ports but each port has a specific use and you cannot use them all interchangeably. Having to plug it in makes it a bit bulkier but it does the job. I would opt for one that each port can be used for the same option.

If the device was bumped in the slightest it would disconnect like it had a faulty cable.

With it's simple plug and play ability, there is no time to waste installing complex drivers!. We appreciate the positive input as we constantly strive to improve
