This was nice while it lasted. Good build quality, easy setup/use, and a ton of USB 3.0 ports to expand the PS5’s abysmal USB setup. However, it just (I mean JUST. I am writing this mere seconds after unplugging the thing) crapped out in the middle of a game, a few days past its 1 month birthday. I had my A50s plugged in to it, so my audio cut out and the whole screen went black. Eventually my TV wasn’t getting an HDMI signal at all. It took several minutes of plugging and unplugging everything in the vicinity to figure it out. Thank god it wasn’t my headset, but still, really annoying. I’d advise spending your money on something else, tbh.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. In order to narrow down the exact issue you are experiencing, we recommend contacting support and a specialist will be ready to assist in resolving this, respectfully, j5.

Very easy to set up and adds a lot of needed ports to my laptop.

There are plenty of options other than the J5 Create USB 3.0 hub but the design sells itself.
It's made of metal and metal dissipates heat better than a hub made of plastic.
So far mine has had about 700+ hours (1 month) of nonstop use with 7 devices plugged in and it's still going strong if that gives you any reason to want to buy this product.
Slim design and enough USB ports for all your peripherals; the days of disconnecting one to use the other are long gone. Thanks for your feedback, j5create

My wife's computer died and she got a new one with only three USB ports. Back to my favorite store and found this little gem that has 7 ports and it is amazing! My wife didn't think she would need that many but was able to show her how quickly she ran out of open spaces. She has just one or two open and she's tickled that it works so well!
The 7-Port HUB allows up to seven USB 3.0 devices to be connected simultaneously at a transmission speed of 5 Gbps,

I needed a hub to connect some extra devices that i did not have enough USB ports to accomodate. This hub fit the bill! Did exactly what i needed it to do. Everything works perfectly and reliably

This is pretty good, I like the option to plug it in for the extra power.
J5? More like J7, am I right?! Because, ya know, it has 7 ports, not 5. Anyway, it works great.

I have connected to my j5create 7-port hub a CDV burner, old floppy drive, laser printer, all-in-one color inkjet, external hard drive and sometimes a record turntable. This hub does the jojb.

I tried another less expensive USB hub and it wouldn't always connect. This one is stealthy and connects immediately. I use one for the Computer at home and the other I bought several months ago for traveling with my laptop, scanner, printer and wireless mouse. So awesome.
Great! I'm glad to hear that the JUH377 has made travelling a little easier for you and I hope it continues to do so for a long time coming. I bought this so I can run my TMX pro, blue yeti nano, webcam, stand up lighting etc at the same time without using all of the spaces in my case. Great usb hub!

New computer didn't have enough USB slots so I got this item to be able to have all my hard drives and accessories plugged in at all time and works well.

I got this for my roommate but she didn't need it to be powered, so I took it and gave her my non-powered 3.0 4 port. It works really well for me, love having a port at the end.

I have 5 external hard drives, 1 usb mouse, 1 printer and 1 charger cord for my IPhone that I needed to have connected to my IMac. I had a USB hub but it did not perform well. I went to Best Buy and spoke with the salesperson and he recommended this Hub. Since I connected everything the overall performance has improved for my external devices.

This is okay if you just want to connect a bunch of peripherals to your computer, but be aware that it only charges through one port :( Specs are not clear on this, and I was disappointed because I should have ordered a different device with power to all ports.
