Great for adding more usb devices to a laptop with only a couple builtin usb ports. Does need access to an AC power source to supply all the power needed for all 7 usb ports.

I bought the new PC and a needed more fast USB 3 ports and this is it . the fast USB 3 port that can power up by external power and power or charge your devices and give you the ability to add more devices as you need.

With many laptops only providing 1 USB 3.0 port, having a good hub is important. This one has lots of ports (7) and connects all my devices easily. The only downside is that I wish there was some type of LED light to confirm that power is connected and the device is working.

I have a lot of external USB devices. I started to receive a message from my operating system that the device I was plugging in was drawing more power than available. This solved the issue and gave me more USB plugins.

My new computer has only 5 USB ports. I had tried using a Pig tail but it was not adequate. The j5create- 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub with its separate electrical connector resolved my being able to connect additional equipment to my computer and have that equipment work properly.

All of the ports on this work fine for connecting to the computer just fine. Only problem I have with it is that it doesn't charge my devices. No matter what port I use I usually find the device dead. I would recommend this product but only as a USB hub and nothing else.

These days it seems never enough USB ports in any computer. With web cams, headsets, phones, even speakers now require a USB port. I needed something so I could stop picking and choosing what to have plugged in and this works flawlessly!

With having a Mac Mini, am limited as to how many items can be hooked up. This allowed me to hook up 3 external HD's, card reader, (disliked having to reach to the back to insert/retrieve a card,, plus out of sight, out of mind) and a CD/DVD drive.

Worked exactly as advertized. Connected two backup drives, iphone, USB thumbdrives and USB headset. Everything worked seamlessly. The quick downloads from phone to drives is a definite plus.

Needed additional usb ports. This does the job. No problems so far.

Its plug and play, use this with power hungry devices to enuser all usb/usb power devices work properly.

This is a terrific USB charging station. It has 7 ports and the slim design is perfect to sit on my desk with a small footprint. Compared to other products available online, the price was impressive as well!

This saves me a lot of headache. It’s price is great for a perfect hub to add more ports to my computer. I have a lot of different hard drives that have different photos and videos. Definitely a great product.
