The power adapter is nice because when you use it it can power your accessories without drawing power from your laptop itself, so you can also charge items such as phone and tablets.

It even has the one port that will charge your devices (iPad, iPhone) a lot faster than a standard USB port. Nothing wrong with this item, I just never give 5 stars.
