Just stopped working after 2 years

It stopped working after 2 years, but I know the plug works because it stays warm. But no USB port is working. Oddly, when the computer is turned off, only one port will work.

We currently use these for home and for our business; we have at least 4 in use right now and 2 competitors - j5create is the clear winner.
