It took me a little longer to install the software but that’s because I’m not familiar with the Mac. Once installed it’s been easy sailing. I’m able to project using an hdmi from my laptop while also opening documents from a usb

It advertises that it will wirelessly charge your smartphone.... IT WILL NOT. For the phone charging function to work, it requires a 65w power supply that is SOLD SEPARATELY. If you're choosing this product over another based on this charging feature, you'll be very disappointed - like I was.

You have to install their driver software to allow for a second monitor for MacOS and for me it would go blank while I was working. Would have to unplug the HDMI cable to restore video.

Not Tablet Compatible

This Docking Station makes a really loud noise as well. Everything online says that it should be plug and play and I was told by a Best Buy employee that it would be compatible and it's not.
