Ok for gym, not ok for work

I was replacing a halo wireless headset from LG that gave me two good years of work calls and a year and a half of workouts. Pros: lightweight, good music sound, I like that the cord was kind of weighted and not wimpy Cons: no one could hear me on work calls, didn’t like the screw in ear buds (not comfortable and took time to get in place correctly) Exchanged them for a pair of the workout version of Beats.

Hello GymGirl612, We are glad that you enjoyed the feel and audio quality of the Jabra Elite 45e. The fit of the ear pieces does take a little getting used to, and we actually have a video to assist with that. Call quality should also be top notch, and we are sorry this is not what you experienced. In the future if you have any concerns with a Jabra product we invite you to contact us and we will work to resolve them Thank you for your review. Jabra

I really wanted to love these

I really did want to love these. They were very comfortable in my ear and the sound was good. What I was looking for was a ear set that was multipoint so that I could listen to music at work and connect to my work phone so that I could just answer a phone call with the touch of a button. While the Jabra would connect to two devices and allow me to be notified of a phone call and then switch from music to phone, the music cut out every 10 seconds just being connected to the second device. The music played fine if I was not connected to the work phone. They would connect to my iPad and iPhone. But if I picked up my phone to look at Facebook, the music started cutting in an out again. The inability to be able to pair to my iPad and work phone in a functional manner is a deal breaker for me. Of course, all customer service had to offer is to reset Jabra. Yeah, right! Like I had not already thought of that and done it. I am returning these. Apparently the Jabra 65s have the same issue. Sounds like Jabra has a big problem!

Hello SmithDa, we are glad to know that you found the Jabra Elite 45e to be a comfortable fit, and that you enjoyed the sound quality. It is unfortunate that you experienced audio cut outs when listening to music when connected to two devices simultaneously. The behavior that you are describing is not expected of any Jabra device. We appreciate that you tried resetting the Elite 45e, as this can be a helpful first step, but we would like the opportunity to continue working with you. We would encourage you to give us a call (1-800-327-2230, option 1) or reply to any existing support ticket that you may have so that we may assist you. Thank you for your review, and we look forward to hearing from you again soon! Jabra

What I like about them is that they sound great and are easy to pair with my S10+ The only dislike that I have with them are that they weigh a little on my neck. It's not a deal breaker but it's something that I dislike. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Nice earbuds, I like them because they sit around your neck and less of a chance of dropping them and losing them, and not to mention great sound.

Needed a set of head phones to pair with my iPod and phone. Works for both devices. Buds fit my ears and stay attached without any problems. Excellent on holding a charge and fast to charge. This is a keep item

Battery can't make more than 6 hours of listening to audio, less if talking on the phone. Various sizes of attachments to fit the ear and I still haven't gotten my right ear to fit quite right. It seems the control portion on the right side makes a weight distribution issue for keeping the earpiece in correctly. Sound quality is great. Noise reduction for phone calls is good according to those I call.

Great earbuds! They stay in with no issues, the sound quality is awesome and you can't beat the price! Jabra have been in the business of Bluetooth for over a decade, so they know their stuff!

Paying $100 for wireless earbuds should mean quality, unfortunately they don't meet the mark. The fit is comfy. Sound amazing. Battery life is so-so. With the phone in my backpack the bluetooth signal would glitch out periodically while walking. The mic makes me madder than anything. Even if you hold it against your lips they still can't hear you. I am returning these. Who knows what I'll end up with next.

    Great headphones for the office

I bought these for the office, and I bought the Elite Active 65t for the rest of my adventures. As I've posted in other reviews I'm not a fan of headphones that require you to jam them deep into your ear canal for them to stay. The wings for these are really comfortable and I have no ear fatigue after having these on all day. I charge them every other day because I have them on for long periods of time most days. The mix of eartips and wingtips is great and I had no problems getting a comfortable fit. Sounds quality is more than acceptable and you can tune the equalizer through jabras phone app. Sounds quality isn't as good as a pair of larger over the ear headphones but I like these. Good battery life and sound, easy to use. I wouldn't workout with these but for travelling or the office I give them 2 thumbs up.

These headphones have been great so far. A little quirky at times, but I think any electronics have their own little quirks. They were easy to get used to. I got these on sale, so that makes it even better.

I work two jobs simultaneously. I can talk very low (barely above a whisper) and the other person on the line can hear me perfectly. The sound isn't as good as a Bose, but this has the superior microphone.
