Drive a lot during the day and this product meets all of my needs. Clarity is very good based on feedback from those on the other end of the conversation!

The headset was easy to setup and use. The only issue is that intermittently it will not connect woth my iPhone and I have to remove and reconnect the device.

I like this ear piece. It is my first one. The only issue I have had is, I cannot adjust the wrap around ear holder. It is a little tight on my ear.

Easy to set-up, good quality sound on both side, and good ergonomic design. So why not give it a full 5 stars then....? Well, that is because in the past I have tried devices with bone conduction and they make a world of difference. And for the price, I would expect this device to carry that function. Never-the-less, it still makes a good product.

I like this head set a lot. This is my second one. However, the connection be tripping sometimes.

The sound from the Jabra mini is really good for music and movies. It makes me yearn for another headset to put in my other ear to balance out the sound. On more occasions then I can remember though, a lot of people on the other end of phone calls have told me that my voice came in choppy or with a lot of static. It can get pretty bad to where I have to switch back to the phone by itself or put it on speakerphone to communicate. When it's working as it should; it's great. Overall for $19.99 it wasn't bad. If you paid $50, there probably is a better headset option out there at that price for making clear phone calls.

This is a great produce I can work and use it and the battery hold good charge. I can hear really good and the person on the other end can as well.

I spend a lot of time on the phone for my job so a good headset is key. Over the last 8 years I've used Bose (was my favorite but no longer being made), plantronics and now this one. I like the sound quality of this better than plantronics but it is very tight in your ear- almost hurts as you take it out. Hoping I'll get used to it.

I purchased this item due to Georgia putting into effect the hands free law. It was extremely easy to connect and use. My car has hands free but road noise is always an issue. With the Jabra, people cannot believe I am talking handsfree. They say it sounds clearer than when I was using my phone in the car. It also has made my phone understand my talk to text more accurately. I would highly recommend.

This Bluetooth is easy to set up and is very good. Sound is great and clear and fits in my ear so well, I forget I even have it on.

It's an ok Bluetooth. I like that i can put it right in my ear or use the ear hook that comes with it to secure it better.

Very small unit. As we keep losing them it's good that it's reasonably priced. Good sound quality both ways. This is my third unit.
