    Talk on the go!

The Jabra Talk 65 is a premium made mono headset. It is extremely light and very comfortable. Designed for single-ear use, its versatile swivel microphone allows for easy adjustment to either the left or right side. This headset design resembles the classic Jabra’s BT250. It comes with an internal battery rated at 14 hrs talk time and 17 hrs on standby. It recharges via USB-C and it includes the charging cable. With just three buttons power, volume up, and volume down it's remarkably straightforward to operate and set up, without the need for any additional apps. Simply navigate to your device's Bluetooth settings, locate the Jabra Talk 65, and pair it effortlessly. The sound quality is good, it is very clear. While it may not be the loudest, it provides sufficient volume for clear understanding during phone conversations. I think that’s because the ear piece sits in the outer area of the ear canal and is not inserted like the earbuds. The microphone effectively captures your voice while also providing noise-canceling capabilities to reduce background noise. Although suitable for listening to music, the sound quality may come across as somewhat flat. Overall this premium headset is for those users who are on the go and just want a reliable headset to be on the phone. It is rated IP54 so it can get a little dust and water. With 14 hrs talk time it will get you throughout the day no problem. This headset is incredibly user-friendly, requiring no additional apps, making it accessible even to those who aren't tech-savvy. In the box you get the Talk 65 headset, USB-C to USB-A charging cable, 3 sets of eargels, and some manuals.

This Bluetooth headset is very comfortable to wear because ear bud does not go deep inside your ear, it just hangs outside your ear canal. It is a bit big in size but it is very light weight, because of these two characteristics, I can wear this headset all day long without issue. However, since the ear bud does not go inside your ear canal, it does not block outside noise, that means I have to turn up the volume. I think this is still a very good compromise. Also because of its size, the battery last forever. Audio quality is excellent. This headset has two mics for noise cancellation and it performs perfectly. Person on the other end said he hears me loud and clear with very little background noise. This headset has good wireless range, I tested it still working at 50 feet away and with walls in between. It is charged using USB-c cable and is included. It is very easy to pair and I can connect to both my PC and my phone at the same time but once audio is played through one, the other device cannot override the audio source. I also like it that this headset, I can wear either on my left or right ear. Now the con, the ear bud is a dust magnet. Also, there is no software to customize the Jabra button or upgrade the headset firmware. The Jabra button on PC does nothing but on my phone, it opens the Google voice assistant. I hope this will change because another similar headset made by the sister company does have software for customization.

The Jabra Talk 65 is a premium Bluetooth mono headset designed for better and clear communication. I am adding this set to my audio devices for several reasons, here they are: The Talk 65 set is easy to use; it has a button to power on and off, this button can also be used to access my voice assistant. It also has buttons for volume up and down, and a button to reject or answer calls. Lastly if you press the volume button twice it will make a call to the last number I dialed. The 2 Noise-Cancelling Microphones make the background noise from both ends be reduced significantly, I made a few calls including one at a restaurant and it was very clear. It is comfortable to wear all day long, it is light and best of all not inside the ear like earbuds so it is comfortable. It also comes with 3 different sizes to consider which is the most comfortable. Also the battery life is great, up to 14 hours of talk time and 17 days of standby time with each charge is amazing, I can leave my cell phone inside the house and go all around the house without being disconnected since it has a great range with Bluetooth 5.1, up to 100 meters is more than enough, I did make a few calls while being outside the house and it was connected all the time. I can also listen to music while I am not on the phone and also I can hear the GPS if I need to, this feature can be useful to drivers who need the GPS in the background without being so loud. The set can be paired with up to 8 Bluetooth devices and 2 simultaneous connections. Noise cancelling is on calls not on music just so you know. I also like the IP54 Rating because if I am doing work around the house, I do not have to worry about dust or water since it is resistant to both. Overall it does offer excellent call quality due to its noise cancellation, the long battery life is more than needed for me, it is well built and best of all comfortable for extended periods of time. I have headphones, earbuds and now this mono Jabra Talk 65 and they all bring something great.

This Talk 65 Jabra mono headset is an excellent Bluetooth device. It is comfortable on the ear, and you can use it on the right or left ear, whichever you prefer. They are also lightweight, which I really enjoy because I can wear them for a very long time without them bothering me. The battery lasts a long time, so you don’t have to worry about charging it frequently, which is great because I use it a lot, not only to make calls but also as a regular earbud. Equipped with three earpieces in small and large sizes, the Jabra mono headset ensures a comfortable fit for all users. Its noise cancellation features, capable of reducing ambient noise by up to 80%, further enhance the audio experience. I use it on my dual-screen smartphone, and it works even when the phone is closed. I just click on the headset button to answer or end a call. It also has volume buttons, so you can control it. What I like the most about it is that it works just fine even when I am not close to my phone—it doesn’t get disconnected or interrupted. I tried listening to music with it while I was working in the garage, and even when I went inside the house, I was able to listen to my music with no interruptions at all. I am happy with this headset is efficiency and will definitely be using it regularly!

At Glance: At first, out of box and having on hand it is very simple and light device, specific for conference calls. Other than that, doesn’t have another purpose of multimedia experience. However, being unique in that sense, its controls are simple or easier if compared to true wireless headphones or full size over the head headphones. In the box: It comes charging USB-C to USB-A cable, three ear gel in size of Large, Medium and Small. Pairing Experience: Pairing with first device has been simple, didn’t take much effort or not at all. But I had bit of hard time trying to pair with my MacBook. For instance, paring with iPhone, at simple press to pair from the headset has worked at first attempt. But pairing with MacBook took several processes. Using the control: As mentioned above, Jabra Talk 65 being specific to calls, its controls are simplified. Its buttons rear side of ear is easy to learn to find them, and at single press works seamlessly for the intended changed Voice Assistance: I paired with iPhone 15 Pro Max, and at first press of the button, it prompt Siri and at first dictation “dial number xxx-xxx-xxxx” has worked immediately. Did second call immediately after, and again surprised to see it worked without having to repeat. Distance: According to Jabra, it has range of 300 feet, but that seems more than needed. Used for conference call and left the phone on the desk and walked around the desks of 60 feet and the connection has maintained consistent without dropping from the call or reconnect issue. Noise Cancelling: Although it worked fine, the noise cancelling effect was a bit of mix for me. Could hear clearly but some time had to repeat. Fit Being behind the ear should expect to be simple and would fit better. But somehow in my experience I had to do multiple time until found the acceptable fit. This is because most of cases felt it was loosened as if it is going to fall off. One aspect that I find it ingenious is how Jabra found a way to make it usable for either side of the ear. By rotating the microphone part, it can be used on the left or right. What I wish it does better or had: 1. It include power adaptor 2. Has wireless charging mode 3. A case and dock 4. Shorter length of microphone 5. Head gesture control A usability observation: Used for couple of hours but after first hour felt fatigue in the ear and bit heavy as longer goes the call.

Most wireless headset you buy today focus on music/sound quality and calling features are an afterthought, and this is where the Jabra Talk 65 shines. Jabra’s focus with the Talk 65 is on the aspect of talking with people on the phone or online meetings with its noise cancellation, battery life and comfort for extended usage. Noise cancelling: The Jabra Talk 65 does a great job with noise cancelling so the person your talking to hears you nice and clear, I was able to use the headset standing right next to a laundry machine and the person on the other side was able to hear my voice perfectly. The Talk 65 not only lowers the surrounding noises with its dual noise cancelling mics but it amplifies the voice of the person speaking through it, so even though the back ground noise isn’t completely gone the voice amplification makes sure you’re heard regardless of the area you’re in. Comfort: This is where Jabra excels with most of its new products as they are constantly one of, if not the most comfortable headsets in the market. The way Jabra manages this is by not forcing you to shove something down your ear canal, the Talk 65 gel ear piece sit on the outside of the ear canal. Now with speaker not being in the ear canal you will hear noise around you however this is what allowed me to wear the headset for a full 10 hour workday with no issues. Sound quality: The Talk 65 is perfect when it comes to online meetings/voice calls, the sound comes through perfectly and I can hear the person as intended. When it comes to music the sound quality of the highs and mids are really good with the lows being almost nonexistent but this is a given as this is a mono headset and focused on calls instead of music. Battery life: The battery life is rated at 14 hours for talk time, now I wasn’t able to verify this fully as I didn’t have a day where I talked for that long but I did use it for a total of 4 hours along with some music and they headset was still sitting at 70%. The stand by was also great as there was little battery lose when the headset wasn’t being used. I was able to use the headset for a total of 3 days without recharging (total call hours were about 8-9 and 2 hours of music with the rest being standby) The Jabra Talk 65 is a headset that is geared towards conversations with everything else being secondary and it does a great job when it comes to calls/comfort and battery life. The Talk 65 is easy to use with basic controls and can paired with 2 devices. Jabra allows you to use your favorite voice assistant and be hands free with request and turn by turn directions. The headset is made to be used for travel and work environments and its one of the best at it.

Awesome - Truly comfortable w/ great call clarity

Jabra really nailed it on this one. As a modern headset it hits all of my wants: lightweight, call clarity, range, battery life, comfort and noise cancelling. It’s all here and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I’ll break it down… _Call Quality__ First and foremost, I was looking for clear calls. I use a headset for longer calls with family members and my prior setup was simply not ideal. After my last true headset failed, I tried to use bluetooth earbuds (with mic), but battery life was an issue, so I reverted to more basic headphones. All kinds of background sounds would come through. If working in the kitchen, handling a plastic bag would sound like loud crinkling to the person on the other side of the call. But this reminded me just how great a dedicated headset could be. In several tests, Jabra’s noise cancelling simply worked great - allowing only my voice to be heard by the person I was talking to. Running water, clanking dishes in the sink, etc. - none of it leaked through, my voice was clear and isolated. But beyond that, Jabra went the extra mile and created truly comfortable ear nubs that allow outside noise to pass through incredibly well. When talking, you hear the other person well, but without obstructing your ears. It allows you to talk at a normal speaking voice without the risk of overly raising your voice like you might if you couldn’t hear yourself speaking. _Comfort & Design__ Comfort was another key thing I was looking for. Like I alluded to before, these sit lightly on your ears and are super comfortable. They are not sound isolating (good in this case) allowing outside sounds in, making for a natural talking environment - and they almost float in how light they are. After an hour-long call, I had no fatigue on my ear. They’re nicely balanced, lightweight and barely perceptible at the ear canal. This balance seems to be due to the battery placed behind the ear and forward-aiming mic. The portion that goes above the ear is soft and a bit flexible, while the battery area is soft at the ear, yet more rigid at the back for pressing power and volume buttons, etc. _Performance__ Jabra seems to lean into work scenarios when describing this premium headset, but I find the design great for my needs as well. Great wireless range, long battery life, and the call clarity and comfort mentioned above, all work together to make this a great headset for the long haul. I find that wearing it for longer periods of time is easy and comfortable. Overall, this headset seems to nail it all. That does come at a slightly higher price than some offerings, but I feel it’s well worth it for comfortable, natural calls.

    Good Overall Mono Headset

The Jabra Talk 65 headset came nicely packaged, with component descriptions printed on the display card (see picture) which is brilliant. The headset paired very quickly with my phone and also my laptop. At first, when I put the headset on my ear, it didn't feel secure enough and was a little awkward. The ear part moves (so you can wear it in either the right or left ear) and I was struggling with where to hold it while putting it on. It seemed to be too big for my ears. However, I wore it for two hours, while walking around, and it never fell off or even moved much. And it was surprisingly comfortable. It comes with 3 different ear pad sizes. Each is rubbery - which makes them comfortable and easy to clean. The best features of the Jabra, besides comfort, is the sound quality and the long charging life. I do wish it would tell you the percentage of life left when you power it on, but it does indicate the percentage on the device (phone or laptop). I have used the headset for 3 days without needing to charge it, and depending on usage, it could go longer. The sound is great and I love having just one headset, rather than two earbuds. Outside noise does not interfere with listening, but you can hear necessary external items (people talking, doorbell ringing, etc.). Overall the Jabra headset is great - I deducted one star for the loose fit and for my inner ear getting slightly sore after a couple of hours, but I would still recommend the Talk 65, especially for those looking for a mono headset. Part of my issues are due to having smaller, sensitive ears.

Great mono Bluetooth headset... I have used another simalair looking model for the last several years and loved it. I used it on a daily basis, in spite of the fact that my wife HATED it! Not because of anything wrong with it, but just the way it looked on my wonderful face. I used to wear it all of the time just to irrtate her ;) ! When this Jabra Talk 65 came along, I had to check it out. After all, the tech is at least 2 years ahead of the other. I can say for daily use, they are pretty close. The Jabra does have noticeably longer Bluetooth range. The noise cancelling is a little better on the Jabra too. The Jabra Talk 65 has a 14 hour average battery life. That 14 hours definately out-weighs the 7 hour average lige of my other unit. That is a significant win for Jabra. As fir comfort, it's a 50/50. right now I would give the other unit a slight advantage, but i won't. I only want to give it the advantage due to the rote muscle memory I already have in that unit. I am confident that after a few weeks use, I am sure I will gain the same familiarity with this Jabra. This IP54 rated for dust and water. What does this mean? Essentially that it is dust and water resistant. While you wear it in a heavy rain, youncan't take it swimming and submerse it. As fr dust, you can wear it while in a sandy/windy environment but probably don't want ti wear it if you are working where you are required to wear a dustmask for lung protection. The one place I do like the other unit is in the on/off and volume controls... This one has "press-buttons" that when you press them, you often need to use two fingers; one finger to press and another to press opposite. Whereas the other unit uses "light-toggle" switches that can be easily operated with a single finger. I also noticed the Jabra app does not support the Talk 65. Deal breaker? No, but a techie dork like me, an app is always fun to play with. End of the day? This will be my new daily use while the other unit will be my emergency glove-box Bluetooth headset.

The Jabra Talk 65 Premium Bluetooth Mono Headset boasts a sleek, professional look with its black finish, making it a perfect accessory for both business and casual use. The headset is lightweight and ergonomically designed to ensure comfort during prolonged use. Audio quality is where the Jabra Talk 65 truly shines. The headset features advanced noise-cancellation technology that effectively minimizes background noise, ensuring crystal clear conversations even in noisy environments. However, this is not active noise cancelling. The speaker delivers crisp and clear sound, making it easy to hear the person on the other end of the line. Additionally, the microphone is highly sensitive and accurately captures your voice, which enhances the overall communication experience. The Bluetooth connectivity of the Jabra Talk 65 is robust and reliable. Pairing the headset with multiple devices is straightforward, and the connection remains stable within a reasonable range. The headset supports Bluetooth 5.1, ensuring fast and efficient connections. One of the standout features is the impressive battery life. The Jabra Talk 65 offers up to 14 hours of talk time on a single charge, and it can last for up to 17 days on standby. This makes it an excellent choice for users who need a dependable headset for long hours of use. Charging up the battery with the included USB-C cable from empty to full takes about 2.5 hours, which isn’t great, but not bad either. The headset supports voice assistants like Siri and Google Assistant, allowing you to make calls, send messages, and get directions hands-free. The multi-use feature enables you to connect the headset to two devices simultaneously, which is perfect for users who need to switch between their phone and laptop frequently. There is a call ignore feature, where if you press and hold on the Jabra logo the call will be ignored. A quick press on the Jabra logo answers calls and also ends calls. This is intuitive and just works when you’re busy with lots of calls coming in. The Jabra Talk 65 is constructed from high-quality materials that can withstand daily wear and tear. It feels solidly built, at least for a light weight headset. I didn’t get worried when I accidentally dropped it on the floor a few times. The Jabra Talk 65 Premium Bluetooth Mono Headset is a top-notch choice for anyone in need of a reliable, high-quality Bluetooth headset. Its superior audio performance, long battery life, and user-friendly features make it stand out in the crowded market of Bluetooth headsets. I’m happy I got one.

A fantastic accessory for phone calls and office life. Better than using my Samsung Galaxy Bud Pro 2's for phone calls. I’ve paired the Talk 65 with my S24 Ultra. Pairing was super easy and its great to use a bluetooth audio device again that doesn’t require having an app to download. I also don't have to use both earbuds to be able to activate better sound quality/ background noise cancellation. It’s been awhile since I have used an exclusive BT headset and honestly I prefer it over my wireless earbuds for talking on the phone. I don’t have to worry about background noise and having only one speaker for the ear means I can still be aware of my surroundings…and not yell into the mic! Out of the box my unit had 90% charge, so I did not bother to fully charge as it is better for lithium batteries. I have been using on off and on for the past 5 days about 4 to 5 hours a day with at least 2 hours of that time dedicated to phone call use and the other listening to podcasts and standby time. As of writing I am still at 70% charge! The Talk 65 is really good with the spoken word and I no issues with the volume. I only used the default installed ear piece and it fit just fine. If you need/wanted the ear piece to fit deeper into the ear then the smaller one should accomplish this. I did use the device at max volume the whole time since the ear piece does sit in the ear like an ear bud, again this is the fitment I wanted. I love the simplicity of this device as it tactile buttons instead of haptic like most earbuds these days. The commands are pretty simple to master with exclusive Vol +/- buttons, Power On/Off/Assistant, and Call Answer/End/Mute. 4 buttons total. Audio quality is great and it has even replaced my vehicle headunit that has been very temperamental when on calls. I am happy I have had no issues and even with windows down at 45mph there were not reports of excessive wind or static. Callers could here wind, but as if it was in the background. I am going to fully embrace my Xennial generation and start using a bluetooth headset in public now…I may even wear a fanny pack! As a fashion accessory it is a little large compared to small wireless earbuds, but it’s a welcomed trade off for better call quality.

    Hands Free for your phone

If you take a lot of calls on your phone and you want some privacy instead of holding your phone to your ear, or worse, using speakerphone knows how important a good BT headset is. There are some key features you want in a BT headset. 1. Comfort. If you are going to wear this in your ear for hours at a time, you want it to be comfortable. The Talk 65 uses the single over the ear design and the ear piece just sits in your ear on top of your ear cana rather than in your ear canal and tight, so it is a very comfortable feel with good support. 2. Sound and Mic Quality. The mic quality is excellent, blocks most ambient noise and wind and comes in loud and clear on the other end even in noisier environments. The audio you hear isn't quite as good because the earbud does not block any noise and you get most of the background noise if you are in a noise environment. This is good if you want awareness of your settings, but bad if you don't want to crank up the audio on the headset. 3. Battery Life. Also excellent, although it does decrease as you use it more of course. I was able to easily get through the day taking about 4 hours of calls and standby the other 6 or so I was using the headset. 4. Reliability, Ease of Use. The headset pairs easily and detects right away when your phone is nearby and within range. Worked flawlessly with iPhone Pro Max 15, fast pairing, calls automatically directed to the Talk 65. This device does not support BT multi-point where it can connect to multiple devices at once and then switch smartly between them, but it is not advertised to do it so I didn't take marks off for that. Also, I was able to connect this headset to my PC but it was not advertised to support PC or anything else, but it does work I imagine with most BT devices. This is a great headset for those on the go who need to talk in public areas a lot, or even those who work in an office or noisy work environment where you want semi private conversations with good noise cancelling. It also looks less conspicuous than full headsets and has much better microphone sound quality compared to wireless ear buds.

The Jabra - Talk 65 Premium headset really does deserve the word premium in its name. This is a fantastic, well-designed single ear/mono headset. The basics: This device fits over your ear (either ear - it swivels so you can use it in whichever ear you prefer). The device charges via USB-C which is a huge win over other brands that have a proprietary connection type. It comes with various earpiece sizes for a precise and comfortable fit. Uses: The Jabra Talk 65 headset charged in a little less than 3 hours straight out of the box. Pairing it to my phone was simple and straightforward. The device only has three physical buttons: power, volume +, and volume -. The device itself is a good size and weight, especially if you wear eyeglasses as over-the-ear headsets can often times press on the arm of your eyeglasses and make it really uncomfortable. This is not the case with the Jabra 65. It fits snuggly behind the ear (my left is is my preference. Sound quality is good both for me as the user and, based on requested feedback, good for whomever is on the other end of the call. The people on the other end of the call also remarked on how well the built-in mic sound cancellation worked in a relatively loud environment. Final though: If you spend a lot of time on the phone and are looking for a high quality, reasonably priced single ear headset, the Jabra 65 will leave you pleased.

Classic over the ear phone earpiece.... I had a similar model about 10 years ago and really loved it. I used it till it died.. This Jambra earpiece is great ... Setup... Setup was super easy. Charged it for about 2 hours and it was full. Bluetooth pairing was super easy on android. Note. This will only pair to 1 device at a time. It will not pair with another device simultaneously. 3 ear bud sizes to chose from. Make sure it fits well or else it will 1. Fall out 2. Cause ear fatigue or cartilage pain. Can switch between left and right ear easily. After I was all setup use was super simple. 1 button to answer and hang up calls. Power button to call up voice command. Volume up and down and hold power to power off. Battery life is great. I am on day 4 of use. 2 out of the 4 days was heavy use. Even though I am not supposed to use it to listen to music I did. Other days was about 2 hours of talk. I still have about 80% of battery remaining.... Clarity is good. Both people can hear me and I can hear them. Range is good. With walls in between is less. But I could walk around the office up to about 100 feet and it would not disconnect. Based on just phone use this is a great ear bud that will give you lots of hours of use and work just fine.

Perfect For My Work Calls On The Go

Oftentimes I find myself in situations where I have to take a phone call or a conference call for work while I'm on the go. I will either use my car’s built-in bluetooth or a single earbud device to take those calls, but my colleagues comment on the road noise or other types of background noise while I speak. The Jabra Talk 65 fits the bill perfectly for my situation. As dated as they look, a bluetooth headset with a boom microphone is perfect for situations where voice clarity is of number one importance, especially during work calls. Secondly, the ear loop keeps the Jabra Talk 65 secured to your ear so that you don’t have to worry about accidentally dropping your headset white in a phone call. As stated above, I typically take these types of calls in my car, and the Jabra has not disappointed. From a comfort perspective, the Talk 65 does loop around your ear to not only keep the headset secure to your ear, but also assists in weight and balance of the boom mic. It is a bit heavier than your typical earbud, but with this ear loop you won’t really notice any discomfort. I’ve worn them through hour-long calls and was not bothered. The earpiece fits into your ear with the included silicon tips. It comes with 3 silicone sizes and will have that noise isolation fit as they are not noise canceling. Lastly, I wear prescription glasses and the Talk 65s are not affected as far as comfort for both my glasses and the headset. From a functional perspective, the Talk 65 has 3 main buttons: On/Off/Pick-Up/Hang-Up/Pair, Volume Up and Volume Down. Notice the main button has quite a few functions, but it’s really not that much different than those other bluetooth devices that have few buttons. Changing the volume easily will depend on your ear anatomy; for me, I have to use two fingers to press a button….my index finger will press the button itself, and my thumb will be on the opposite side pressing against my earlobe to help apply pressure to the button. Each button is easily found due to them being vertically stacked. From a performance perspective, the Talk 65s sounds very clear when listening to those on the other line. I really have no complaints there. As far as microphone performance and sound quality for those on the other end, I have been told that noise that they used to hear (road noise, engine noise, cabin noise, etc) is virtually gone, or at least minimized with respect to my car’s bluetooth. This allows my voice to come through clearly through the boom mic and my colleagues can’t tell where I'm taking the call from. This is the main reason why you buy a wireless boom headset that performs at this level. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Talk 65. Again, the attention is the clarity of your voice to your audience on the receiving end, and this headset delivers.

After a few full days of using this headset I am glad we made this purchase. It is super comfortable, and the additional ear-piece sizes made the fit perfect. The cups are not inserted into the ear like the other headsets I have had, and it comfortably sits over the ear. I can also go a full workday without having to recharge or be annoyed by loss of quality. People on the other end can hear me perfectly and I don't have to fiddle with the settings. Overall, one of the best mid-range headsets.

It works and fits good. Noise canceling is pretty good, but not as good as the PT legend. People can hear me better than that one though. Battery lasts all day of talking and listening.

Works quite well. I have not heard any complaints from people I'm speaking with. But, just as important, it's still working. I've gone through so many headsets with varying degrees of sound quality but all stop working after awhile.

Jabra talk 65 has a noise cancellation, it means the other party will not hear background noise when you talk. It reduces up to 80% of background noise. Easy to wear and it has a power button, volumn up and down
