Speaker will not connect or recharge. Would not buy again.

First use, connected in a second, sounded great. Ever since that first try it might connect. Lags bad even when Bluetooth device is sitting right next to it. You can get better sound quality by installing an equalizer app unless you like muddy sound.

I wish I could have gotten my money returned but it lasted long enough that I couldn't take it back and I didn't get a warranty on $20, but I get what I paid for ....

The Jam Touch isn't as good a speaker as then earlier version I had that was stolen. The sound is tinny, even for a small bluetooth speaker. The bluetooth reception is marginal. The voice is annoying not helpful.

As and owner and still user of the original Jam speaker, I can say this is a great improvement. Sound is just as great as the original. Style is the same cool look and feel. So wheres the difference? Controls. Once you power this up and connect to your device (I have used with the iPad, iPod, Laptop, Tower, Galaxy S5) the control is awesome. Why awesome? Volume control is a twist of the Jam speaker. You don't push buttons repeatedly to turn it up or down. The three buttons across the top allow you to control the music play. I use it with Spotify and you can skip forward or back on a playlist with a click of the top buttons. Even pause which I love. I have had a lot of portable speakers in my time, going all the way back to the 1980s and for the price, I am not disappointed that the purchase was made. So much so, there are two of these exact products in my house. My wife and son have them. I still use my original one since it still rocks and rolls.

The volume for this speaker is very low. Felt like I got what I paid for. Should have gone with a higher price point product.

I was hoping that this would play louder than what it does. It is alright, but not exactly what I was hoping for.

I have other speakers in this brand but for some reason this one has too much static and doesn't sound right. I went to back to the store and they wouldn't help me because I bought it online so I needed to call them up. Why so much running around if I want the same product.

The charge is good. The material is a little cheap.

The wife asked for a "louder speaker for [her] iPhone" for Christmas. After several reviews, I opted to get this as a great bang for the buck. Well, I can hear it downstairs, it's super easy to use (and switch devices if you'd like), super easy to use, quick to charge, and battery lasts a while. Why only 4 stars? No, I did not expect Bose sound quality, but you can definitely tell it's a smaller, cheaper speaker. But again, I'll remind you, you're paying 30 bucks, not 300. May get another for myself.
