This is a good bang for your buck soundbar and simple setup, if you ahve money for the JBL bar 1000 go for it, this sound hits my living room perfectly

We selected this product based on it's description and one of the main reasons is we wanted clarity on movie and program dialogue unfortunately it didn't come through for us the bass is great but at times over powers the dialogue. We are finding that we turn up the volume to hear the dialogue and to have to turn it down when the bass kicks in. JBL makes a good product but we think more R&D on this product line needs to be done...

This has the bass I was looking for. It’s great in my basement.

Was looking for something loud with a good bass so decided to choose this sound bar and I definitely didn’t like it voice gets low when people talk and it gets worse when they whisper I have to put the volume higher to hear but other than that has a good sound specially for music.

Makes adult entertainment sound so realistic. It's like I can hear the crabs crawling around on the actors.

Clear crisp sounds that make the movies way more enjoyable.

Over a month and keep delivering a broken soundbar. Keep saying sorry and rescheduling next week. Horrible quality management. We believe they just keep sending the same broken soundbar. No accountability. Geek squad on 2 deliveries were good the one on the second delivery would be looking for another job if he worked for me. Best Buy needs to review this sub contract with the geeks. Oh and this was a 5K order. I intend on releasing similar reviews on google and other media as no one seems to care about there very poor service.
