for the money this is absolutely no better than sound bars half the price...there is no function on it to help with voice sync and paring it with my new $2000.00 Samsung produced no difference in the tv voice sync than my previous Samsung sound bar

This would just shut off for no reason. Very annoying while watching a movie and I'd have to turn everything off then back on and link everything back up. I only had it for 3 weeks and could only get store credit. I'm disappointed in the product and bestbuy.

I try to reset the bar but its been stuck on "load" the whole time try to fix it every way i can but it aint working it was a B-day Gift SMH

Stopped connecting after 3 weeks. Best buy wouldn’t take it back, forced to ship back to manifacturer and wait a month to see if theyll replace and send a new one. The hassle isn’t worth it

It stopped working after one week . The sound went out as well

First, check if the power cord is plugged into the power and the soundbar. Next, make sure that the soundbar is not muted then select the correct audio input source on the remote control. Connect the soundbar to your TV or other devices properly. Lastly, restore the soundbar to its factory settings by pressing and holding, the source, volume +, and volume - button on the soundbar for more than 5 seconds.
