I come from a heavy music/sound backround and previously owned a 5.1.2 setup, it was old and definitley needed replacing and thought id try a high quality soundbar instead, and this soundbar completely blew our minds, it sounds sooo good, good bass, easy to hear the highs and lows and just overall blew our expectations for this soundbar

Big improvement over an older Samsung 3.1 system with less power. This soundbar and subwoofer checks all the boxes. Great sound and bass. JBL app works great too. Syncs the sound to the room and you can also use your phone as a remote and also adjust EQ to your preference. App also updates software

Great sound quality. Bass is fantastic. Like being at the movie theater in your own home

My brother love this sound bar. I bought it for him and he set it up with his Google Assistant and Alexa while plugging it to his TV.

After nearly a year with this sound bar, I still am happy with the purchase, but annoyed with the quirks. Pros: - Great sound - Ease of setup - App for adjusting sound profiles, calibration, other settings - Price Cons: - Loves to randomly go into standby mode, seems almost app specific. Tends to do it most while watching Max - Would like to find more diagnostic information specifically to troubleshoot oddities. I’m about to try digging into different options like disabling CEC and perhaps switching to Optic cable, but I purchased this unit to specifically get away from multiple cables. There’s plenty of people having similar issues, with no solid fix.

This soundbar is awesome! the sound is crystal clear, and has so much power in the woofer without distorting, that is just amazing to watch anything with it. Make sure you have properly set up the connection with the bar, so you can get full advantage of the spatial sound. Your brain will position sounds in spaces in an incredible way, you will think there are things happening behind you, up left, down right, anywhere, it's a superb product by JBL.

It was easy to setup the sound bar and hook right away wuth sound bar. Ver clear sound and rich soubd bass. Watched tge movie interstellar and the entire rine the craft was breaking iut space it felt lie flying in the craft. I love it

This sounds like a movie theatre. Connection is key to the sound. Connect device to sound bar, then from sound bar to TV through eArc. Set the device sound setting to pass through. If device is connected to TV, then also set TV sound setting to passthrough. Setting it up this way allows the JBL or any sound bar to process original sound that hasn't been tampered with by a device or TV. JBL is superior at sound, produces deep base and absolutely crystal clear, perfectly balanced sounds
