overall they are good buy for the money I would recommend

If you heard my car you would think I had a alpine sub in the truck. I paid pennies for this and it sounds like I paid hundreds. I question this at the price I paid and now I know I got a steal of a deal. Right time right place and I'll take it

Paid $30 for each sub, bought two. Paired with the JBL Club-5501 1500w amp and it knocks. Not gonna take your breathe away but sounds great. Read the spec to match box size and amp frequency.

Bought to replace a blown JL Audio sub. This is so much louder and cleaner sounding even at less power (4 ohm vs. 2 ohm of previous sub). Would buy again if I needed another.

I bought these speakers for my husband’s truck after he blew his last speakers. He travels a lot, and often blares his radio on long drives. These 12” JBL speakers were easy to install in his custom box, they combine crisp sound quality with deep bass and most importantly (for me) they were affordable! I would highly recommend the 12” JBL CX Series Subwoofers for anyone looking for high quality speakers at an affordable price.

This sub is hands down the best 12 I've ever owned. You will get alot of sound out of this just make sure you have something that push it.

After installing them in my truck, I found that they can get very loud but can also hold the clean bass that they do at lower volumes.

I was surprised how well these things hit. A lot of bass out of these. Running 2 off a 1300 amp and it’s more than plenty.

I really liked the fact these were 250w rms because i wanted some boom and car shaking effects from a dual 12in ported box. Bought two at half price and well worth it. Looks nice, nice low-key color scheme and build materials seem decent enough. Powered with a kicker cx1200 at 600w rms and it shakes my accord sedan without dimming the lights. Only issue is these work strictly at 4 ohms so you need a powerful amp.

I used this to replace an old 15" kicker in a home sub box with plate amp. The price was right to give it a try... Very tight, shakes the windows on my neighbors house. good times:)

Very easy to install. The quality of sound from this subwoofer is great.

This is not your daddy’s bass. They will hear you coming and going whether your windows are up or down. Combined this with a 12 inch ported box. No regrets.
