    I really bought these to tune out the outside world and it does t exactly just that. When I speak to most people on a call, I have to be somewhere where there isn't a lot of background sounds. I've been told that there's either a lot of feedback or my volume is low.

    I went from apple AirPod pro version 1 that finally stopped working to these. What a mistake. Very low volume, app you need to download and always select what noise cancellation mode you want. Noise canceling not that great compared to AirPod Pro v1. I returned them to save money for the new AirPod pros.

    We think we got a defective set of buds They would not connect to any of our devices. On one try They managed to connect but then would drop continuously. We like jbl and would probably buy jbl again.
