after having 2 different brand speakers fail in less than a year this speaker seems well built.the sound is great and the built-in microphone comes in handy.If it lasts a couple of years I will be happy

The speaker has a very weak battery life as it will go low quite quickly (two hours max?) the bluetooth distance range is also weak as connection will cut from 5 feet maybe. It is a decent speaker.

It is a great improvement from the first one ... This is my second flip and I chose it over the beats because I found that it had a better sound at high levels of volume . Definitely recommend it,

Bought it primarily for an ITwinkle Christmas tree. Light show based on music being played. Great sound, so I will use it year around.

I bought this for my father and he uses it with his iPad and iPhone and he said the sound is amazing for the size and price point. I would recommend this speaker for anyone who is on a budget.

I love this speaker, even though batteries last only 3-4 hours with a decent volume. but if you want more power and more time on the batterie go on the next level speaker JBL flip 2 plus.

I bought this as a way to conference on Skype Calls so that the speaker and the microphone can be used in place of the standard TV ones. We have done several clips from our Skype conferences and the quality was surprisingly awesome! Once we got it all paired, the use is very easy. We use it on a Mac but have also used it on PC, no issues either way.
