sound great, sporadic charging of the left earbud. These sound great, great battery life. BUT, the left earbud randomly does not take/keep a charge. I will monitor and send in for replacement if it continues.

Got these on sale, would recommend. Sound is good and clear. Used the noise cancelling mode on an airplane and had no trouble hearing my movie. Can be a little annoying getting them to connect on occasion. Makes my ear itch after 30 minutes sometimes.

Sounds amazing and holds charge for a long time. The only problem I've had is that it doesn't fit tightly compared to other buds.

Great earbuds, great bass, not so great ANC

These earbuds are replacing a set of Soundcore ANC that I lost, sadly. I wanted to try a different brand without spending $200-$400, so these fit the bill perfectly. The design is very good and they stay in place for the most even during heavy physical activity, better than the Soundcores. Sound is great, bass can be enhanced in the JBL app and it is very good, better than the Soundcores. Mids and highs are clear and crisp as well, so I'm very satisfied. ANC, this is where they really gap Sony and Soundcore, they do have some okay ANC effect but it isn't impressive, the app also lacks different types of ambience (indoor, outdoor, transport, etc)...it is on, off, talk-through, that's it. For example, if I'm riding my bike, I have to turn ANC off, otherwise the mics pick and amplify the wind noise...other ANC earbuds actually cancel the wind noise rather nicely but these don't. Battery, I've gone through two full case cycles thus far...good battery life, case charges very quickly too. I do with the on-earbud functions were programmable, I don't need the voice commands, I'd rather use that long touch as volume control, for example...but there's no way to change it, hopefully a software update can fix that. Overall for just shy of $100 these earbuds are a great choice for active people that want BASS.

    Stopped working

At first, I really liked these JBL earbuds. The sound quality was good, with strong bass and clear audio, and they were comfortable to wear. Pairing was easy, and they worked well for daily use. Unfortunately, after a short time they stopped working completely. I tried resetting them and using different devices, but nothing fixed the issue. It was disappointing because I expected better durability from a well-known brand. Overall, they were good while they lasted, but the reliability was a letdown. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

For what they are and the price they sell at, these are decent air buds. Pros: The sound quality is good and the charge lasts a good amount of time. Cons: The noise cancelling is non-existent and they don't fit in the ear well with the stock covers. I had to buy foam covers to get them to fit but now they don't fit as well into the charging case.

Great set of earphones. Amazing sound quality with noise cancelling. The bass is great. I bought them for use at the gym and they are working perfectly. They at shaped like the 2nd gen AirPods which fit better in the ear for me compared to buds. The touch features are also great. Overall these are totally worth it and they are not very expensive.

Headphones are comfortable and fit well in your ear. After over a year of use they're still just as vibrant as day one. Only giving 4 Star instead of 5 because the plastic case broke in my pocket one day. I was able to glue the broken piece back on easy enough. No structural damage.

I was skeptical on the ear pod craze, and was hesitant to commit to the price point of air pods, but these have surpassed all expectations in terms of audio quality and comfort. The battery life performs so well that I forget that it needs to be charged!

Honestly, for the price, I have nothing to complain about. I really like the customization options via the app, and I think the noise cancellation is adequate. The ambient aware mode is kind of quirky but I like that they tried offering a pass through option (there are probably better options out there for this purpose, not a deal breaker for me). The bass response is way better than I expected, and again, you can set and store custom EQ presets which is awesome. Pretty decent battery life. Best Buy even honored the best price guarantee and gave me credit back since they reduced the price just a few days after purchase. Just another reason why I'll continue to purchase my tech from BB.

Wanted something good but not too expensive, since it was for my son who is an AirPods killer. Turns out that those are super comfortable to the ear, sounds really good and what he loves the most, have an amazing battery life. Would def buy again.

These ear buds are great! They connect really well and are the only ones that don’t fall out of my ears. The sound quality is great as well. I put these in when I’m at work and they last the whole entire day.

I recently bought the JBL Tune Flex noise cancellation earbuds, and I’ve been very pleased with the overall experience. The sound quality is rich and balanced, with clear highs and deep bass that make music, podcasts, and videos much more enjoyable. The active noise cancellation does a good job of reducing background noise, especially in busy environments like public transit or a noisy room. The earbuds are comfortable for extended wear, and they stay secure during walks or workouts. Battery life lasts through most of my daily use, and the charging case is compact and convenient to carry. Overall, these earbuds have exceeded my expectations for comfort and performance.
