Even though they are a cheaper earbuds, I expected more from them being they are the brand JBL. I was disappointed in the quality.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 TWS comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. To switch from Ambient Aware to Active Noise Cancelling on your JBL Vibe Beam 2, tap the left earbud once. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
