Posted .Thanks for your feedback. In order for your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. First, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. AND AFTER HAVING THEM IN MY EAR FOR A WHILE THEY STARTED TO HURT), NOW THESE WILL NOT STAY IN MY EAR EVEN WITH CHANGING THE EARPIECE TO A BIGGER SIZE, AND VERY UNCONFORTABLE AFTER A FEW MINUTES) I THINK I’M GOING TO KEEP MY JBL 225W UNTIL THE OTHER EAR BUD GOES OUT.

Since I only use these while working out, I find the earphones practical and easy to use.
