Is it worthy for a normal person ?

This is the second time i used this product first time it broke by falling on the ground so there was an issue with the sound quality after the physical damage. But everything was fine the second time i bought it and i felt good about the sound quality but then again issues arised with the connectivity then i felt may be i should not have gotten the same product again but as far as my experience nothing else was the trouble .Just the connectivity.sound quality is truly amazing and the battery life is also manageable the quality of the product and everything else is worthy enough but its more than enough for an average person who is not into tech stuff like me .The charging cable was a bit tacky but its working well. The ear caps are also not good regarding the size. They can do much better about the packaging and extra stuff .I hope this review helps people out when they want to purchase the same thing.

Good quality but not very loud

Just not very loud but everything else is okay. Seems to hold a charge well. People can hear me and I can hear conversations. Touch control seem to work. But if you're using them on a lawn mower or in a noisy place you will not be able to hear the music at all. I primarily wanted them for the lawn mower so I think I'm going to return them and try a different pair.

You are getting what you pay for with these earbuds. They sound decent. However, if you’re using them to talk on the phone, they pick up every bit of background noise which is annoying to whoever youre talking to. But, for the price, they are a pretty good buy if you just need an inexpensive set of buds.

This is an average product, comes at a reasonable price. I bought these for handsfree experience not for music quality. It does the job. I have only one issue, it requests to connect to any nearby device. Which is annoying in public settings. Overall, a good wireless bluetooth earbuds option.

Quality as in durability good, sound is average and each earbud cushion doesn’t hold in my ears long enough and yall need more color options. And yes I lost one … again this my second pair

Not bad! However, the earbud tips are too small.

These aren't bad! I got a great deal on these by getting them on sale and using a $15 gift card. However, I wouldn't repurchase these. My biggest complaint is that the largest earbud tips are too small for me, so I frequently need to adjust them. The touch controls on the side of the earbuds are inconsistent as well. Sometimes it's very sensitive and other times it takes several attempts to pause my music. Good battery life and I like how quickly the case charges. The lid makes it difficult to take the earbuds out of the case sometimes. I've flung them a few times by accident. Additionally, I've dropped the case on multiple occasions (mostly on carpet) and the earbuds will go flying in random directions. The case is always unharmed but it doesn't seem secure.

    JBL earbuds keep falling out.

I have been disappointed by my new JBL wireless earbuds. They keep falling out of my ears. I have tried all three ear dome sizes and no matter which size I use, the ear buds have a tendency to fall out. The sound quality is good. It seems unusually difficult to remove the earbuds from the case. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time.

I loved these earbuds, as they offered excellent sound quality and a great fit in my ears. Unfortunately, they only worked for 15 months before one of them died. Perhaps I'm naive to think any type of product would last more than a year. I've ordered another pair from a different merchant simply because the price was significantly lower than Best Buy's current price. Also, I wish the charging case would display the battery percentage remaining, which is a feature on other earbuds I have purchased. Bottom line: Great product, but mine stopped working after 15 months. Maybe I just got a bad pair,

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam should automatically turn on when you take them out of the case. Make sure that earbuds are properly charged. You may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process. We also recommend cleaning the contact point with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish charging. If the issue remains, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST). JBL

I used $10 voucher and got these JBL earbuds for $40. Sound is good. Couple cons: the design of the case make the earbuds a pain to take out for me. I have a habit of pushing my earbuds in my ears, but the sensors are on the earbud so it turns them off whenever I touch them. Over all, they work well, volume is nice and loud. I use them as a backup for when my older ones die.

These buds sound good and have great battery life for the price. My only complaint is that there is a very noticeable latency when using it for watching video or gaming. I've tested on multiple devices and it seems consistent with the buds and not PC/Switch/SteamDeck. Good at this price for music but I wouldn't recommend these for video or gaming.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam are designed to connect with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops for audio streaming. You may encounter audio-video delays when you'll be using it to watch video content since these earbuds don't have an aptXHD low latency code. JBL

The sound is very good for the price, but whoever designed the case must have had their fingers on backwards. They are set in there opposite of every other set of earbuds I've ever owned. You can't just place them in you ear, you have to awkwardly turn them around. I would not recommend or buy again.

For the money, the sound is great! However, on the down side, for me at least, the case lid doesn't open up far enough making it a bit difficult to remove the buds with adult sized fingers. Very difficult to read "L' and "R" designations on them. If you manually turn them off the only way to turn them back on is to pop them back in the case/charger and remove again. And, my biggest complaint for me personally, is the silicone ear cushions. Small is too small. Large is best, but easily lets the buds start backing out if I'm doing something active or even yawn! The middle size cushion is too small. Hard to tell them apart from the small ones when comparing side by side. All things considered, a pretty good choice for the price.

They do the trick in a pinch. I am the owner of the Airpod Maxes. Their sound quality is unmatched but they are a little big to bring everywhere. I use these when I find myself in a place where I don't want to carry around the Maxes. I picked them for that purpose and I got what I paid for. The sound quality is a little above average and the bass is nice for the price. I recommend these for a backup pair, but I wouldn't use them as my only headphones as the sound quality isn't amazing and long periods use can become uncomfortable

Thank you for sharing your feedback with our JBL Vibe Beam. We're always looking for ways to improve our products. We'll make sure to pass this along to our development team. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. JBL

    Fumbling to Charge

The sound is good. The noise canceling part works well. My issue is gow rhe earbuds come in and out of the charger. They are not well marked or color coded for each side. It is a bit of a struggle to put the buds in the charger. Fumbling to put then in the correct side. It would be better if there was some sort of spring that would assist them out of the case. Still pretty good for the price.
