Bought it for my jetski, can hear even at max speed

Sound quality was not great. Wish there was more base. I liked the fact you can change battery. I liked the fact you can take it near the pool and not worry about water splash.

The speaker is a good speaker. The reason for my low star review is Best Buys return policy. After receiving it, I decided I wanted the JBL Boombox instead. It's bigger. I hadn't opened it, as it's a gift. Best Buy has a 14 days return/exchange policy. Seriously? 14 Days? I don't want to return, I want to exchange and I can't. This will stop me from purchasing from Best Buy for gifts in the future.

why is their always a delay in orders ? why are you advertising same day delivery, then you send a delay notice ? fix your stuff or I'll start shopping somewhere else. i spend a lot of money at best buy and the delays happen a lot. If you don't have it in you store, then don't advertise it.

I bought the jbl xtreme 4 and the firmware failed half way through the update due to it supposedly dying at 70%. I decided to return it after it said it was on the next update despite their being no successful message. The second one did the same exact thing even when plugged in and now I’m not sure if its the speakers or the update or possibky a bad batch at bestbuy I think im gonna just wait till their stock recycles.

The most marketed doesn’t mean the best.
It sounds really good and it’s durable but for the
+$300 market. It’s weak in comparison to other non marketed speakers

Normally, I don’t give reviews let alone bad ones, but I was kind of upset when I received the product. For being an open box, you can tell it was very used scratches on the bottom. The speaker mesh was ripped wrong charger from the lap top. overall, the speaker looks like it went through hell and back.

I love their earbuds but this things was annoying. Wasn’t as loud as I expected for that sort of price whats so ever. I’ll never buy anything like this but I’ll keep to their earbuds for sure
