I looked at these when they first came out, but had decided on Apple’s AirPods due to the ease of switching them between my various (Apple) devices. Now that you can just disconnect Bluetooth devices in iOS, I went out and got these. I love them! They’re comfortable, more secure than pretty much any other wireless in-ear headphones I’ve tried, and the sound is excellent. And they’re Bose. What more can you ask for?

Love how these fit. I always have issues with earbuds fitting and these are amazing. The sound is great and love how you can cancel out outside noise.

I actually like these a lot. I got a really good holiday deal...like 50% off deal! I use them for working out. I really like the over-the-ear hook. Plain old earbuds won't stay in my ears. These stay put very well. After a month of use I had to exchange my first pair as the left side began auto-skipping to previous tracks. Have been using this new pair for about a week. We'll see how it goes. Jlab gives a 2 year warranty. I hopefully won't need to use it.

Nice fitting comfortable ear hook buds. I bought to try while riding a motorcycle with a half helmet. Was able to hear nicely, and still hear traffic around me. They also have a setting to allow you to let more ambient noise or sounds in, this however was not an option for riding. They seem to amplify the sound of the bike so much, that I couldn't hear any music. This was designed to be used when working out with others, so you can talk while listening. For that, it probably works as intended.

These earphones have been good so far and I like how it comes with all different types of ear pieces. My ears are really weird and is really hard to find a good comfortable earphones that will fit my ear and sit well while I move, but these are great and they stay on even when I do my crazy martial arts practices. It’s a great earphone and good price.

I love that these ear buds are completely wireless. You pop one in each ear with no wires whatsoever to get tangled or ripped. Each bud has an individual power button that can power both buds on/off. The design takes a little getting used to but once you've mastered inserting and wearing these, they're not bad at all. The battery-powered charging case, although a tad on the heavy side is really nice and a good way to keep track of the buds and keep them safe when not in use or during charging. It's also fantastic as a portable battery charger. When you place the buds in the case, they power off and charge automatically. The case also has a USB port for charging other items like smartphones, tablets or other small devices capable of charging via USB.It has status LEDs that can be viewed with the case open or closed. The case has a cool flat USB charging cable that wraps around and attaches to the case and is virtually invisible when not in use. The sound quality is good. It isn't spectacular but it is really good. It's on par with a set of moderate to good quality buds and sounds really good for sport buds. There are three equalizer settings; signature, balanced and bass boost. Signature by far sounds the best. It's rich, loud and balanced. Balanced sounds like all EQ settings are set at flat. I expected bass boost to be my favorite but it's identical to signature except the treble is turned down a notch to accentuate the bass. It doesn't really enhance the bass and the reduced treble makes everything sound bland. Signature sounds much better because the treble is left intact. Speaking of bass, it's actually pretty decent on these buds. Volume is okay but I wish these were louder, especially since they aren't noise cancelling. Battery life is also decent. I don't normally wear them for marathon sessions. I wear them about an hour or two per day and I get about a week between charges of the case, not buds. The buds pretty much stay charged thanks to the case and my wear patterns. There are six pair of gel tips included in assorted types and colors of blue, black and grey. The factory installed tips fit my ears perfectly but there are plenty of differently sized options for those who need to find a better fit. It's not just smaller or larger but oblong, wide, etc. There's a tip for any ear type. There are quite a few other features to these headphones in addition to the cool charging case. Some are cool, others not so cool. Jlabs included a mode called "Be Aware" which enhances the volume of ambient noises around the wearer allowing the wearer to hear the sounds around them. I don't really find much use of the mode because they didn't include a voice prompt acknowledgement of the mode status. I believe I recognize when it's toggled on but it results in excessive static white noise when no sound is playing through the buds. Jlabs has a burn-in app available for download. It's supposed to help burn in the buds so they reach optimal sound quality faster. I began to download it from the App Store but paused when I noticed nothing but advertisements for other products in the product screenshot photos. I figured if they couldn't even cobble together a few useful screen shots to accompany the app, it likely meant the app was useless. I opted not to install the burn-in app and chose to burn the buds in myself the old fashioned way. That means listening to music constantly the first few days, which is also a good way to perform several initial charging cycles for the new batteries in both the buds and the charger. My only real complaint with these buds at the moment is also one of the features I actually expected to like best. That would be the touch controls on the outsides. Most ear bud inline controls are useless to me due to poor button placement, tiny microscopic buttons, confusing press-sequences or a combo of all the above. I expected this touch operation to be an intuitive and easy to use welcomed relief. I quickly found out that the sensitivity is a little too high, resulting in an over-zealous Siri. I've inadvertently activated Siri while doing nothing more than simply adjusting the buds in my ears or while trying to invoke other commands like toggling Be Aware mode on/off. If I really mess up, usually while trying to adjust the buds, I'll accidentally switch the sound mode too. Either sensitivity needs tweaking or they should design it to work off multiple touches to avoid such frequent accidental button pushes. In the not a complaint but rather a heads-up department, make sure to thoroughly dry all sweat or moisture before placing these in the case or it may void the warranty. Despite being sweat-proof, they still require a little extra care to protect the case and warranty. I love these Jlab buds, especially when compared to some of the comparably priced but total dud sports buds I've owned in that past. My past sports buds usually either suffered from poor sound, poor battery life, poor fit or wires that would snag on clothing, hair, furniture or workout equipment. Some had a combo of two or more of those issues. These buds suffer none of those shortcomings. The sound quality is good, they fit my ears comfortably, the battery life is good and the charging case is super-cool and is useful for the buds as well as other devices. They are also somewhat easy to operate once you master the timing to avoid activating Siri, which I still occasionally do despite being very careful.

I use these with my Apple Watch and laptop but cannot connect them to my iPhone 6. I assume the bluetooth tech has advanced beyond what my old phone can support - not that these headphones are at fault. I'll be getting a new phone soon so no big deal, I also appreciate the battery charger capability.

I was eager to find true wireless earbuds that would actually fit well and stay put in my ear. Tried Apple but they would not stay in place, and figured I was completely out of luck until I found these. Was worried the hooks would interfere with my eyeglasses, but that's been no problem. It's taken a little bit to get used to the touch controls, but now that I've got the hang of them it's been terrific. Very happy with this purchase.
