I really like these ear buds. I use them to run and they haven't let me down yet. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that the over ear wires are kind of wonky and it's sometimes hard to get a good, tight fit to my ear. It comes with plenty of accessories and is far more durable than the powerbeats3 that I had prior to these. Overall very good option for the price.

The sound from these ear phones is outstanding. Just as good as the big names like Bose.

Wouldn't hold a charge - returned for new pair

After years of happy use with the previous version of these headphones, I bought these after my previous pair finally wore out.
Not long after I purchased them, I noticed that they'd have no charge after taking them out of the case. I thought I must have made a mistake and forgotten to turn them off, but I realized after troubleshooting that they simply wouldn't hold a charge.
Also: JLab's return process is not ideal. They make you pay for return shipping and only give you a store credit instead of simply sending you a replacement pair.
If my replacement pair doesn't work well I won't be buying fro JLab again.

Good Sound but...

Good sound quality but somewhat awkward to put in and off. During a long run with lots of sweating the ear bud came off which was a surprise because I had it on tight. It would also be nice to have a clip included similar to the one that comes with the Jay Bird wireless headset, to clip the cord onto your shirt collar while wearing the headset, to prevent the cord from slipping from one side to the other while wearing it which sometimes pulls the earbud out when you turn your head. Expected better for the price.

I've used several sets of Bluetooth ear buds and I can tell you that these can sound really good. I'll reiterate what other reviewers have also stated and that is, you need to really take the time to get the perfect fit or these (or other similar ear buds), are not going to sound good. With that being said, I really liked the sound of these guys. Plenty of bass and a very spacious feel. Not tinny at all. Mind you, if you use the tips that are too small, you will not get good sound and you will have no bass.
It took awhile to figure out how to put these on, and even with past experience and the included drawings, it was not easy to get a good fit. These ear buds have a rather large back end on them which adds to the difficulty. They just feel too big for my ears. They do come with a really large selection of tips, although I found most of them way too small to even consider using. I ended up using the largest pair which felt too big but the next ones down were definitely too small.
The cord length is good, it doesn't bounce around and the buds stay in place (provided you use the correct size tips). The downfall of the cord length is the placement of the controls. The control panel itself is on the large side, it doesn't have a very integrated feel. But worse than that, it hangs right below your ear at the back of your head making it very awkward to use it. By the time you fumble around and find it, your hand is not in the correct position to use it comfortably, and because the cord is short, you can't drag it forward to make it feel any easier to use.
Battery life is really good and charge time is pretty short. The USB connector is on the control panel and not in one of the buds, which is fine. It's easy to find and use. Once you get the fit right, these buds sound really good, but getting to that point will take time and patience. I think a lot of the reviews about the poor sound quality come from reviewers that might not have had the proper fit. All in all, good sound but not a very comfortable fit. Even when I did get it right, I was never really sure it was correct.

Basic earphones, BT connection is easy, sound quality is lacking. Also, if you use these in the gym, the rubber cord sticks to your neck when moving which pulls the ear plugs out of position.

These are a great wireless earbuds that sounds great! Pretty good battery life before a recharge but the wireless ability is worth it. No need to pay for a certain brand name. These will work just as good if not better.

Great headphones however they lasted about 3 months before they stopped charging. Joan replaced headphones at no cost. So far the new set has been working well.

I was looking forward to these, given their sleek look and supposed battery life. Unfortunately, I soon learned that there is a significant amount of distortion and interference in sound when at a gym with others who have bluetooth headphones. I am very displeased with this. Fortunately, the distortion and interference in sound do not occur when listening to music at home.
