Connects differently to different hardware such as iphone, tv, laptop. It's like trying to figure out a rubrics cube except there is no rhyme or reason and it's more difficult . It sometimes disconnects out of nowhere. Sometimes it connects when in its case. It's so temperamental therefore frustrating. Now they buds aren't charging consistently. Right bud connects and says Full. Five minutes later it says Low and then disconnects! I've cleaned the connections, checked seating, and all sorts of weird stuff that reminds one of how ball players wear their caps funny to change a game. I can't wait to get a hammer and smash them into little bits. I wouldn't accept a replacement nor upgrade because the software is doggerel. Minor complaint, it's hard to extract them from their case. Maybe I need suction cups on my finger tips? Everything else about them was great!

Got them for my mother and she loved them! Great sound quality, easy to use and the convenient charging case was exactly what she needed!

Wanted something just to keep in our workout space. Only wanted it for audio books and music. Does both well. Only reason I didn’t go 5 star is they slip a bit if they’re not in perfect and the call quality is a bit rough. For $20 though they are more than adequate.

These work Great! They're a little difficult pulling out of the case, but work good! Good sound.

The headphones are comfortable and easy to use. They hooked up with my phone with no trouble. The price was reasonable as well.

Good Sound Quality on signature and balanced modes. Good snug fit - will not fall out. Excellent price for sound quality and build quality. The earplugs need to have ridges or a textured surface of some type to help grab them and make taking them out of the carrying case much easier!

Easy setup and connected right away. Doesn't drop. Good range. Sound quality is pretty good. Price wise, worth it. Only possibly hiccup is the style - not slim. They fit but they don't compare to the airpods if you care about that.

Best battery life I’ve seen and I had the Sennheiser True Wireless buds before. These have better connectivity too.

OUT STANDING... I REALLY LOVE THESE AND I HAVE TWO (2) SETS OF THEM. COMFORTABLE TO WEAR, EASY TO FIT AND A REALLY GREAT RANGE AROUND MY HOUSE... EASY 30 OR SO FEET WITHOUT LOOSING THE SIGNAL. THE COST IS GREAT TOO, BOUGHT THEM ON THE "DEAL OF THE DAY" AND GOT A REAL DEAL.

Got these on Black Friday for only $23. I stood there looking at all the reviews and these seem to have fit what I was looking for. It’s no BOSE but it has good quality sound, the battery life is long lasting, and it fits comfortably. Just doesn’t come with different earbud sizes.

Amazing battery life. Great sound! Sound isolation keeps so much unwanted sounds out and music in. Touch features and options are on point. Light weight and compact. An array of colors at a great price point. Get them all. Over-all a great addition to my collection!

Very good earphones and durable. The battery life is the best though! I use them every day and I need to charge them once a week and they’re good!

Excellent battery life. Sound is good. The only con is that I am not a fan of the shape of this earbud, but they are a good option for the price.

Excellent value for money. Sound quality and charge is comparable to much more pricier earbuds. Fit is excellent and easy to connect.

Solid quality over all. Only complaint is that it would be nice if it paused when removing ear bud. Also, not the biggest fan of the built in cable but aome might love it.

These headphones are amazing! I have used them consistently since purchased. I have accidentally dropped them in water and they still work like brand new.

Bought these as a gift for my son and he loved them. The sound is good and they last a while between charges. He may not be the best to review this due to his limited amount of time using them, mainly for an hour or two a day.

Was looking for a cheaper but highly quality product and Jlab delivered. Amazing sound quality was easy to pair perfect product when shopping on a budget.
