These are my third set of JLab Sport earbuds. Small earbuds never stay in my ears, so the added hook is good for sports and everyday use. Each earbud works independently, but the side tap features to turn the volume up and down are only on the right or left bud, respectively. I lowered my review by one star because I swear the plastic on this set feels cheaper than my last set, bought only maybe 2 years ago.

Excellent! They stay in my ears when I'm at the gym, the sound quality is great, and compact size makes them easy to take anywhere.

They work well. I wore them during a treadmill running session on the gym and they didn’t fall off.

These are great for the price. The battery life is way better than AirPods, I can go up to two weeks before charging them and I use them everyday. The sound quality is good, but sometimes there’s an echo. When I use them on the treadmill, I can hear my feet pounding in the my ears. At first, they were uncomfortable with sweat and kept slipping but with more usage, maybe my ears got used to it, but they stopped.

This product has made my high intensity treadmill exercises easy without skipping a beat. The hooks do keep the headphones on at all times. Any and I mean any range of motion that you would like to perform while wearing these will not sway them away from your ear drum. The sound quality is well for the price you pay and the carrying case seems to charge them. I have not needed to charge the case more then once every other week while doing about an hour or two of cardio. Well worth the money!!

Fits my ears perfectly love them . The sound quality is great. I've never had this type of ear buds and I am sorry I didn't get them sooner.

Good for the gym and running feels light. Although the bass is not as good for when you want to increase the volume.
