I was told I sounded muffled on phone no matter what I did. And it didn't fit well on ear with any of included cushion. After a while my ears hurt. 2 days later still hurts.

For the value, these are great. They last about 5 hours and the charger stays true to it's 20+ hours of playtime before you have to charge the case.
