JL EARBUDS SUCK

When I occasionally got them to work they sounded great but if I let them disconnect, they would not reconnect. I had to Forget them in settings and try for 10-15 minutes to reconnect them. What a pain. Especially since the JVC black true wireless one worked perfectly. No I have to send them to the maker to get them replaced. Best Buy is great with everything except the 14 day return policy

The respective volume control is rather annoying-had I known that the left ear tap to lower, and right ear tap to increase the volume respectively, I WOULD HAVE NEVER purchased these earphones. The smallest ear cushion is almost too big for the earphone to fit in my ear. (I would say my ear size is average). I do like the color. The volume on the highest setting is lacking. I’ve bought cheaper (price/quality), earphones that performed much better than these.

My daughter & I agree that we cannot tell the difference between these & the much more expensive pair that she owns as far as sound quality. The only negative I have is that these are not comfortable wear. My ears hurt after only about 10 minutes. The “rubber” part is not the problem, it is the hard plastic that makes up the majority of the earbuds. I thought maybe I’d get used to them, but they hurt every time. Even after removing them from my ears, the pain lingers.
