They were Still in my ear when I woke with the morning news. Plus the charger is so conference it is on the bottom of the case cool thing ever to keep up with.

It happens when I put them on, when I take them off. I even had them in the dock and somehow my phone started calling random people! I got them mainly to use while working out, and for traveling. They constantly fall out of my ear! One time it popped out and rolled out to the middle of traffic! Amazingly none of the cars ran it over!

Many, many times I simply couldn't get them to turn on. My last straw was when they wouldn't turn off after having to struggle for 10 minutes to get them to turn on! I unpaired them from my phone, went in and out of the case several times, tried so many things. I'm pretty sure they were still turned on when i returned them 2 days later.
