The sound is pretty spotty, it cuts in and out while working out. The fit is comfortable, and they haven't ever fallen out of my ears.

Bad for phone calls

The sound isn’t that loud but good for workouts and walks. If you are use to Beats or Apple Air pods you can’t compare the quality.
