Cons: pairing is a nightmare. The headphones will force pair when your trying not to use them. And when you disconnect from them manually you have to dock them AND plug them into charge for them to reset. I've spent more time pairing than I'd like to.

I can never see myself buying $100 pair of headphones when these do the same thing. The headphone hold charges the headphones when you put them in and it also comes with the charger for that attached.
