They just don't play loud enough nor do they keep out ambient noise. They are fine for casual listening. I still don't like the way they rate how long they last on a charge. Very misleading when they claim 20 hours and 4 is the max.

Posted .Hi Rhen, perhaps one earbud just became disconnected? If that is the case, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

We got them on special deals. Each set exhibited the same behavior where the left side suddenly stopped working. We read online things to try to reset or resync and nothing worked.
