The only downside is the charging case is open without a cover. I found it strange whereas a less costlier model has a case that closes.

For me they're amazing and simple to use. I don't have experience with other brand but these are great. My only complaint...they seem to be a bit big.

Not the highest quality headphones but a good alternative from original wired headphones. Probably will stick to using my AirPods though. The quality and integration of those is much better.

These are garbage

The music sound quality is ok but these things always hang up calls, break up during calls, no one can hear me and they always fall out. How these can be sold is beyond me.
