Headphones is very comfortable for long hours of wear. The volume is great as well. Keeping the connection to two Bluetooth at the same time could use improvement. Does connect easy to one.

Headphones work great. Connects easily to iPhone and Surface tablet. Battery charge lasts long. No complaints from people on conference calls that can't hear me thru the mic. Maybe the only downside is that the earpads feel a little cheap and probably won't last 6 months with daily use.

Glad I made this purchase. So far the Bluetooth ranges are good. Comfy to the ears. When I am on the office calls, the mute light is on but is still not muted on occasions. I need to check why that is the case. The sound quality is clear.

I found these after looking for Bluetooth headphones for work. I’ve had them for several months now and they are still great. When I have both ears covered with the headphones I can’t hear anything else! Mic quality is good too.

Soft earpieces, excellent sound quality, I use them for gaming, and these are better than any wired headphones I have tried. Bluetooth work seamlessly. Mic is on the right hand side, which took a second to figure out, but has very good quality, according to fellow players.

Very good headline home that has 3 options to connect like Bluetooth, wired and USB port. The microphone is very reliable and comfortable to wear for long duration.

This is exactly what I needed as I spend more and more time on virtual calls. It is comfortable. It is easy to charge, and it helps to send my voice out clear and energetic.

These have great sound quality and range. With Bluetooth 5 they get 800 ft range.Plus love having the red light on the boom so that I know it is on MUTE. Connects easily to 2 devices - I have mine connected to computer and phone and it will switch back and forth between them, Plus great battery life - Used for 40 hours and still going.

I purchased this headset for my home office as I'm on a lot of conference calls and have to move around some times, so a wired headset wasn't going to work. The reason for the 3 star review is due to the first faulty set I got.
It would pair fine with the Bluetooth on my laptop but would cut out and could not recover when this happened. Out of 10 calls, it cut out on 7 of them and the other person's voice would become choppy and impossible to understand. Once it got into this mode, it could never recover and even if you were right beside the computer (distance not being an issue), the choppiness would not go away.
I had to take this set back to BestBuy who swapped them out immediately and the 2nd set is performing as advertised. I've used it for a few calls and so far so good. The distance you can go on this headset before it starts getting choppy will depend on how many walls and corners are between the headset and the computer with the Bluetooth signal. I have a fairly open area with just a few walls and I'm able to get pretty far - about 60' with one corner.
They're fairly comfortable to wear for my conference calls which are between 30 - 60 minutes normally. I wouldn't say they're OK to wear continuously for many hours at a time as they do fit snuggly over the ears. I also wear glasses and they begin to hurt behind the ears a bit after multiple hours, and I don't have a wide head so it's not stretching the headset bands at all. These do not have noise cancellation so they rely on the foam pads and a snug fit to keep the external noise down.
I do like the lighted mute indicator on the speaker mic as this is easy to see and you know when you're muted or not. If your camera is on as well, the other participants will see that you're muted too.
I haven't gotten a chance to fully test the battery longevity yet as I bought these right before the holidays and didn't have to go on a lot of calls. Overall if it wasn't for the first pair that had so many connectivity issues, I would rate it at a 4 or potentially 5 stars. The long term comfort (if you're wearing glasses) may be a concern as they do fit snug.

I've had this headset for a couple of weeks now. I'm giving it 3/5 stars because it's not perfect and has some performance issues, but I think I'll keep it anyway.
The good: No dongle to play with. Pairs neatly via Bluetooth and has amazing battery life (20+ hours) compared to my Logitech H800 (3 hours).
The 'erk': Has some weird identification problems with whether Zoom and Chrome and Discord think it's in Stereo or Hands Free mode. If you're in the wrong mode, it sounds like you're underwater. Also, the microphone pickup is very quiet - people are telling me they're having trouble hearing me. So there's some fiddly juggling I have to do of settings every time I use it.
Also, the fit over your ears is very snug, so you won't be able to hear much outside of the headset, and when you have half of it off your ear, you don't hear as much.
Not bad though - I wish I could put 'maybe' instead of 'yes'/'no'.

These are super easy to connect, sound is clear, the mic is easy to mute and unmute. Volume buttons are easy to use as well. I like that when I’m wearing them around my neck, the ear pieces can lay flat. Which means they are really in my way.
