I luv these headphones...they connect to my phone super fast and the sound is great and the battery lasts a long time.

Love these! I had to get assistance with getting them out of mute mode, but other than that - awesome. They are easily to connect, good sound and lasts a long time.

I work from home and absolutely need the soft cushions, noise cancelling and mute button for a 10–12-hour shift. The tip on the mouthpiece broke apart, so I needed a replacement pair immediately. So, I purchased the second pair. However, when I contacted J lab about the warranty, I was guided through the process, and they send me a new pair. So now I have a back up.... Love them

This product perfectly fulfilled my needs for conference and private meetings. Noise cancellation is good and people could here me very clear. I 'm using it since the first the day I purchased it. Plus the dual link with two devices is perfect

Bought this for work from home. Works great with easy connectivity. The sound quality is very good from both sides. Also it has very long battery.

Got this for my job as our landlines got replace by Microsoft teams phone. We were given some cheap pair of headphones in which an upgraded was needed. I got these models, works well, battery does last long, charges quick, and they are comfortable to wear. So far no issues on this model.

The wireless capability is awesome! Easy to use and quick to pair. Battery life is also efficient. Overall it is a great buy and will purchase again.

These are great headsets fort hose who need it for the office or working from home. It gives you great comfort plus you can use the mic on either left or right side. Good sound quality and mic controls are easy to use. Plus with being wireless, you can walk around the house without hassle. Noise cancellation is good but not enough to cancel out everything. I would recommend for those who are tired of the wires and ready for wireless.

Best entry level wireless headset. Battery lasts week, lightweight and the headset has very good range. Would recommend for office use and remote work.

They really are sleek headphones. I loved them when they work. The Bluetooth itself is seamless and connects well. Never a connection issue. My problem is the hardware. The mute button on the side is cheap and gets stuck sometimes. I’ve had these almost 4 months and now they are stuck ON. I’ll hold the power button forever and they won’t turn off.

So far so good. I think it’s kind of early to give a true feedback. They are working for what I needed them for. I’m okay so far. Good quality. Sound works well. Battery lasts forever. I have charged them once only. Maybe I can come in three months and give an update.

The headphones just work. The noise cancellation, comfort, and reliability is on par with the more popular and expensive brands. The sound quality is great as well. I was quite surprised of the value these headphones are able to provide. 1 year later and still rocking these for work and play. Trust you will not be disappointed.

Pretty good headphones for work. Good sound quality and the microphone works well. Bluetooth connects good too.

Good charge life. Has diminished use via bluetooth with me Hisense TV but works flawlessly with my Lenovo laptop and Samsung Galaxy. Perfect office tool, also has easily accessible MUTE.

Battery life is the true standout here. I've used it for meetings and calls for two days straight without charging the headset and the battery didn't budge at all. The cons. The audio distorts for no reason. I hear blips/bleeps at times. I do get this with other branded ear buds, but only when I am stretching the connectivity limits of bluetooth, I hear the same distortions even when I am just two feet away from the laptop. Music on the handsfree/headset mode is very poor. I don't have that with other headsets in this mode. Since I am mostly using this for calls/meeting, not a big deal to switch to stereo mode if I want to listen to music. Even when turned off, the mute light will still work. Not sure if the drains or affects the battery, but it is a bit confusing when you see that red light even though the headset is powered off. But again, battery life is the star here, so still 4 stars in my book.

Comfortable and works reliably. Good battery life. Like the boom mic. Have owned for over 2 months.

Nice and comfortable but does not tell you the battery status only by voice and usually different what the app indicates.

I like that these connect to two devices. I can listen to music and take calls at work on the same headset. It is also comfortable enough to wear all day. I have recommend them to other coworkers.
