What's not to love?? Originally bought for the kids, but clearly, the parents have taken over!!

I am a fifteen year old girl that usually doesn't like to dance because I'm very shy. I first played this game at my best friend's house with her little brother. They are both super outgoing! At first, I only sat on the couch and watched my friend and her brother dance. After one song I couldn't resist and I played Just Dance 2 for the first time ever! This was also my first dance video game to play in my life. I was surprised at how fun and easy it was! We couldn't put our Wii controllers down until 1:30 a.m. You get a terrific work out while dancing, jamming to the music, and laughing so hard! The graphics are awesome, the music is everything it should be and more, and you are so active-- its impossible not to enjoy it! I bought this game for me and my nine year old sister to play. Just Dance 2 is a perfect thing to have at any sleep over for any aged kid! The only thing we do now in our free time is play Just Dance 2!!! (and occasionally Mom joins in too!!) p.s. Did I mention how much FUN THIS GAME IS!?!?!?!

This game is a great game for the entire family. There is a variety of music and difficulty of dance. Its great fun and great exercise!

Just Dance 2 is an awesome Dance Game. All the other games don't have as great of songs or dance moves as this game. This game has the latest songs and the old song. That's right it's bringing the oldies back!!! :) It is so much fun to play with a friend. It is also fun to watch people and laugh. They have different modes than the first game. This game allows you to have battles and you get to go to a virtual store and by songs that have dance moves. They also have contests every week so you get to make a dance of the song and then you vote for the best dance and they get featured and you can dance to their song and dance! This games gets your blood pumping. It will really whip you into shape if you do it a lot. This game will blow your mittens right off your hands it's that good!!

The game itself is great and a lot of fun. It's nice that the Best Buy Exclusive Edition contains 3 extra songs that the normal version does not. However, it appears there is currently a technical issue with the Best Buy edition that prevents the user from being able to connect to the in-game store to purchase additional songs (which means you also cannot redeem the advertised free download of the Katy Perry Firework song). Ubisoft technical support says that the developers are aware of this issue and working on a fix, but as of 11/29/2010, it is unresolved. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

I bought this for a friend as a holiday gift, neither of us having played the first edition of the game. We felt quite silly at first, because some of the moves were straight out of music videos and difficult until you'd done it a few times. Not all of the songs are the actual artist versions, sometimes they are just "in the style of..." an artist. It does have a rating system for difficulty, as well as a sweat factor; and trust me, you can work up a sweat! I think it's a great game to get people off the couch and having fun. I haven't played it too many times yet, but unless there are downloads or levels unlocked (which I haven't looked into), I'm sure the music tracks will get a bit old with repetition.

was going to buy the 1st game in this series, but since it was the same price, I opted for the new one. It is a great game to play with family and friends. Also, it wouldn't seem you could get much of a work out with a video game, but after about 3 songs in a row, I find myself catching my breath. Everything about it is cool, but I would like to see more songs, without buying each one. Still, a very fun game to play when friends come over or on family game nite.

Bought this for my gf. Not being into this kind of game, I was a bit skeptic. But after watching her play with it, I had to give it a try. It's actually a lot of fun for the kind of game that it is. It's not your typical day to day game a fun addition for your workout routine. It's very flashy. The dance moves are hard and but not too hard to follow (if you don't have two left feet.) My only problem with the game is the music selection. It's varied but there just weren't enough good dance tunes. And the library for add on songs wasn't much better. For those thinking they would dance along with current dance hits, be warned.

I have game night each month, and this game is fun. My girlfriends and I broke out in a sweat. Its keeps score and music can be change to your taste. This game is a workout and it makes you want to keep dancing all night. We spent hours dancing. I will buy more dance games to dance to different types of beat. This game beats going to the gym anytime. Love it..I'm hooked.

We love this! My daughter and her friends dance to it all the time. It is also great fun when having family and friends over. It is also a great workout!! The tunes are familiar and there are numerous levels and ways to use the game. I wish I had a bigger room so we could all duet together!

Got this game for my sister's birthday...but her 10 yr old got her hands on it instead. She just loved it. It is a fun game to burn calories for both kids and adults. Even got my nephew who hates to exercise to burn calories. Lots of fun seeing the kids and adults challenge each other.

I like Just Dance 2 I got it for Christmas last year. Just Dance 2 it is little better than Dance Central. You buy Dance Central it is for one player for the xbox 360.And Just Dance 2 for 8 player and l like the music too.

This game is great for family reunions or if there's nothing to do outside. This game can give you a workout and the song selections are broad but you can purchase more songs through the Wii store. It may be challenging at first but once you get used to the movement and can anticipate the next set of dance moves, then you're set. However, there are times when the sensor bar doesn't pick up your movements and if you're in a small room, there may be some accidental whacks from other players so watch out for that. Also, you can cheat by not moving your legs. The Wii sensor bar can't pick up your leg movement since it's concentrated on the Wii remote.

When I first bought my copy of this at Best Buy, I was worried about the comments made by early purchasers of Best Buy's version, what with the problem buying and downloading new songs to this edition. Well, Ubisoft must've gotten on that, because as soon as I'd unwrapped this and popped it into my console, I went straight to the song catalogue to test out purchasing new songs after the initial game loading. No problem! I was SO relieved to see that the glitch has been fixed, and I'm able to enjoy adding new songs to this version of "Just Dance". I really started to enjoy playing the first "Just Dance", and use it (along with a few other dance games, and plenty of the other traditional exercise games that Wii has released) for my regular workouts. The only big thing that I found to be a bit of a drawback with "Just Dance" was the inability to add and download new games. Thankfully, "Just Dance 2" has rectified that, and even made the game MORE fun than it was before, and quite a bit more challenging than the first version for those of us that might be just a bit rhythmically disinclined! ; ) The songs on "Just Dance 2" seem to be selected by the same folks that chose "Just Dance"'s playlist, which is just fine by me, as it runs the gamut of musical styles, while still giving everyone plenty of fun options to dance/workout to. So, overall, if you're hoping for more of the same, but better, with "Just Dance 2", go for it! I hesitated for quite a few weeks on picking this up because I didn't want my bubble burst by loving the first version of the game, then being let down by "Just Dance 2", but there's no reason to be worried about that here. Ubisoft did a bang up job of continuing to dole out the happy here! And, for those naysayers that might suggest that this game, and "Just Dance" WON'T give you a good enough workout to count as your regular workout? Don't believe it! YOU get to decide how good a workout YOU are going to put in, and, between the dance games that Nintendo has released for the Wii, and keeping an online food consumption journal, I've already lost over ten pounds in only a few weeks, just using my Wii! GO for it! It CAN be done, and this is one of the games that'll get you there, if you work out hard enough with it! Enjoy the dancing!

This game is very fun and its a great work out for everyone on your family

Better than the 1st, although the moves that show that are about to come up are harder to follow than on the first one. Couples dances and better songs!!! This is a must have!!!!!

A Wii game that's too fun to sit out! I watched my teenagers playing and just had to join in. I was a little hesitant since they have both been dancers for years and I can't dance a step. Imagine my surprise when I was able to win some rounds! This game really gets you moving. You work up a sweat but it's too fun to feel like exercise. The time just flies by. I recommend this game to players at any level of dance skill. My daughters love it as much as I do. Great for those who finds traditional exercise boring.

Great game for all. You don't have to be a gamer to enjoy this one. My wife and daughter love, love, love it. And, even though I don't play it, I still get a kick out of watching them try to 'bust a move', lol. This game is good for social gatherings with friends and family members, because you will all be able to tease each other after spectating their various dance moves. In addition, the option of downloading new songs is a nice touch. Great great game

This was a lot of fun to do with my kids and against the game. It also helped that it gets me moving, so I considered it fun exercise.
