When i first got it, the charger worked amazing and I loved how I could plug more than one USB cord into it. But I have had two of the same chargers and they have frayed in a matter of months.

It does the job, but with the larger block it's harder to carry with you. It takes up too much space for a pocket carry and tends to drift under everything in a back pack.

These are easy to use. Able to take them on trip and move them around as needed. Good fast charge makes it great for travel!

Its able to accomplish its purpose and does not cause any havoc on my iphone nor its battery.

The charger works just like any other phone charger but it is slow when charging iPads

Not happy with the charger it charges my phone too slow

Had the product for less than 15 days came apart was unable to return to store was told to send back to manufacturer. Disappointed with Best Buy and the product. Contact at the store to further discuss. Manager on duty very rude. File a complaint with Best Buy through corporate office regarding the manager never heard anything from Best Buy corporate office recall corporate office and was told it stays at a manager's level for returns. Nothing further can be done

I'm not really impressed with the lightning cord that came with it. It has been a few short weeks and it isn't working like it did when I first got it. I plugged an Apple lightning cord in it and its fine so its not the plug.

While you can simultaneously charge your iPhone and iPad it does not charge them as quickly as separate out lets. The iPad needs a stronger adapter to charge faster and hold a charge longer.

It charges slower than the on they give you with your iPhone. The one good thing is the cord is long.

The chord stopped working a couple of days after I bought this. Base works just fine. Maybe it was just a faulty wire. Who knows.

To be called a lightening charger this one doesn't compete. Takes a lot longer than my other one to charge

Worked for w week then I had to return I would definitely not recommend this

Plug works great, but the wire started smoking and coming apart

The associate picked this charger out for me well guess what I have samsung not apple so I cant bring it back because I wrote on it. Your associates should make sure they know what goes with what she went to shelf and handed it to me I have no use for it because i do not have an ipad
