Great product! Only disappointment was that there was no mounting cage. Not sure if it was supposed to be there or not. Had to order one before I could install it.

I was super stoked to have this in my truck, it's wonderful but takes forever to load if I want to use pandora or Spotify, not really sure why, other then that it's lovely.

I love the radio, it has great sound and I love the touch screen. The fact that it's Bluetooth compatible is amazing. It also connects to Pandora and my iTunes accounts.

Thus radio has all of the features that I need. It does process things very slowly. The kenwood units are much faster.

Great stereo for the price but the interface is really slow I have a iPhone 8 and have to hard plug to use the pandora or Spotify app can’t do it wireless which is a bummer. Only complaints are the slow software ie I push a button and it takes a few sec to respond same with the back up cam also slow but when first powering the deck on. For the price it does the job. Look at a low end pioneer or a mid to high end deck if the speed is a issue.

I bought this stereo to out in my son's new car and he has been very happy with it. It offers tons of customization for an awesome sound quality.

This was purchased for my sons truck. Has all the features you could need. Bluetooth was easy to set up and easily connects to smartphone for music.

reviewed purchase options with the installer, set an appointment, arrived for appointment and the installation went well. It took less time than I had been told and the installer was very courteous and knowledge.

the first one I bought was damaged probably from shipping (?) Went to the store and they replaced it with a new one - And it is great! New experience for me to have all the bells and whistles. Love it!

After looking at many sound systems for my 2005 Cobalt I decided to purchase this one. I liked the display and the features such as USB, Bluetooth, and Android. My husband installed the sound system for me in just a short amount of time. (We did have to purchase an "extra" so my car's Driver Information Center would still be operational after installing the system.) I am very happy with this system. It is easy to use and the menu is easy to navigate. The sound quality is good and the system is powerful enough for my needs. It is easy to Bluetooth my music to the system and listen to music from my phone. The music is louder when using the USB instead of Bluetooth but I am fine with using either. I like the equalizer as it lets me customize the sound to my liking and is easy to use. For the price I paid for this system I feel like I got a great deal. The system looks good in my car, was easy to install (or so says the husband, it took him about 30 minutes from start to finish), and provides me with more options for listening to music than the factory stereo that came in the car. I would definitely recommend this system to anyone looking for a great system at a great price. I am a happy customer with this purchase!

Very happy with this purchase. Installer explained all features of product and took time to make sure user knew how to use them. very glad i made this purchase from best buy.

Overall I like the look but not the functionality, in some areas it has more features than I could ever imagine using, but it is seriously lacking in video quality and iPhone compatibility unless you have an iPhone 4. Unfortunately I did not find this out until I already had it installed, so if you have a lightning connector on your iPhone it is not compatible with this radio.

Good features. Good performance. Only issue is it's very difficult to see the display in a well lit car.

I absolutely love this stereo except the fact that the pandora app doesn’t always connect.

The Best Buy installer was instrumental in helping my daughter pick out a suitable car stereo for her car. She got everything she wanted and then some with her selection.

You get what you pay for this has some features I like but things like bluetooth are pretty slow to connect.

Everything has been working seemlessly. I can make calls in my older less than air tight Acura and they don't get the background sound of air anymore. Very please!!!!

I've gone through so many car stereos. I have had a lot of bad ones. This model seems to be fairly decent.
