great touchscreen love this unit works great would recommend it if your looking for a dvd/cd player great product easy to use

I had this installed for my wife so that she could talk on the phone, hands free. Not only can she do that while driving, but she is enjoying some of the other features as well. This was well worth it.

Works great, looks great, sounds great. Bluetooth feature is awesome.

I was recommended the JVC car radio product by Will, the Installer, in the Hawthorne store. At first I had problems with the reception from the Sirius XM satellite radio, but the Installer at this site was extremely patient and helped me to resolve the problem. If your budget does not allow you to have a high end expensive product then I would recommend the JVC in dash radio with the onscreen touch.

Has all features needed for modern vehicle comfort. As for no gps...my iphone plays perfectly w the gps voice commands integrated w the music!! Awesome for the price.

I've been a Best Buy customer for years, but this purchase turned into a nightmare. I recently purchased a car stereo system. When I was browsing the store, I waited for about 20 minutes for a sales associate. Finally got to choose my system and set up an installation appointment. They gave me an estimated time of 2-1/4 hours to install. I was there 10 minutes early to drop it off and was told then it could be up to 2-3/4 hours. I returned 2-1/2 hours later, saw my car sitting outside and assumed it was finished. I was then told because of a problem with another installation they haven't been able to bring my car in yet. But they had one of their techs outside working on it and it would take a "little" longer. The tech removed the old stereo. An hour after I sat there, they finally pulled my car in and said that 2 guys were going to work on it and it would take a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. I went and browsed around in the store for an hour, returned and was told it was almost done. So I sat down and another hour went by before the job was done. The total time ended up being 6 hours. I was a bit upset and made it known that I would have rather rescheduled or been told they were several hours behind so I could have made arrangements. They apologized and told me that they could have made an adjustment on my bill, but since I paid for everything the day I made my purchase, there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to cancel plans I had made that evening and was very inconvenienced. I'm happy with the product but the overall experience was a turn off. Best Buy really left a bad taste in my mouth with this experience.

I've enjoyed my touch screen radio. Installation was easy.

So far so good. Bought for 01 Mustang GT with factory Mach stereo system and speakers. Sounds decent. More than likely have to replace the original speakers for better sound quality but overall it sounds good.

Purchased to upgrade for daughters car. It provided Bluetooth for phone and audio. There is a slight echo when using the bluetooth, but will allow for safe operation. There is a learning curve to use the display but overall works well with back up camera.

Very pleased with the service provided by the installer and the unit looks flush and clean with my dash. Even better than the original that was replaced. Controls are very easy to use and the Bluetooth connects quickly and efficiently every time.

Start up is a little slow and it takes forever (or so it seems) for the blutooth to connect with my S5. Haven't connected by back up camera to it yet, but the screen is great and the picture is clear on dvds. It is an excellent dvd player for the price.

The radio I purchased has worked great. I would recommend it to a friend. And the installation service that i received was great. The two techs were great.

Looks great. Backup camera is a nice safety feature.have it set up so can listen to music and keep an eye on behind. Sat radio is great. Pho e nice.

It is a nice unit but I wish the Geek Squad installer had not steered me toward it and that he had told me that the glare on the screen would make it all but impossible to see during the day. When I complained about it he told me it was a known problem...would have been good to know before I bought it and had it installed. Very disappointed by that, but looks great at night (glass half full, right?). Also, maneuvering through the functions could be easier. Have touch screens units in other vehicles that are not as complicated. Would not recommend to anyone with a tilted dash-like a Honda , or anyone easily frustrated by technology.

weol it's my first touch screen radio and from what I hear from a lot of people that some screen r real finicky but this one works great.
