Shorted out for some reason and kept turning on and off. Could've been a faulty wire but who knows. I've ran NBC equipment my whole life.

I bought this radio for my husband and he loves it, the Geek squad installed it and it isn't complicated to work everything on the radio.

The unit itself is elegant and a beautiful receiver. The problem lies with the software. The unit kept shutting down randomly and restarting itself. Then occasionally it would shut off and not turn on except for restarting the engine. I have the Geek Squad Protection on the unit (well worth it) so I had it replaced with another unit of the same. The new unit did the same thing. Called JVC to ask about it and they basically shrugged me off and pawned the problem back on Best Buy. Went back to Best Buy and replaced the receiver with a different kind. Have not had any issues since. Must've been the receivers software after all. Thanks to Best Buy for superb service during the process.

I was advised by geek squad on product and found it to be exactly as explained. Works great and I am more than satisfied

The stereo is goods nice touch screen very responsive but the applecar play stop working after 3 weeks :-/

Instalation was fast. Great customer service. It fit perfectly.

Bluetooth: After I connected my iPhone to then disconnected from the unit, the bluetooth stopped working. Sound static: When iPhone connected to the unit, I turned off the volume, there is static sound. I updated the firmware but still have the same problems.
