I needed headphones for exercise since my Ear Buds tend to fall out when I'm working out. The over-the-ear type of headphones seemed right for my needs. I've always had good luck with JVC devices. I decided to try them and I'm happy with the feel as well as the fidelity of these headphones.
I first connected them to my Macbook and had no issues. They connected quickly and I was up and running in seconds. I then tried to connect them to my iPhone. Like other types of Bluetooth devices, connecting to an iPhone can sometimes take several attempts. I've learned to turn Bluetooth off and on to try to get things to connect. It took me several attempts to connect but I was finally able to do so. I don't think it was an issue with the JVC headphones as much as an ongoing [minor] glitch with Bluetooth connectinos on iPhones. Once I was connected, I was ready for my first workout with the JVC headphones.
I like the comfort of these headphones. I'd say the fidelity is good (not as great as my Ear Buds) but certainly good enough for a workout.
It took a couple of uses to get comfortable with the touch features of the headphones but they work the same way as other modern headphone devices.
I recommend the JVC headphones for someone who is looking for a comfortable fit in an affordable headphone.

This review is on a JVC - Fitness True Wireless In-Ear Bluetooth Headphones HAEC75TB - Black. Packaging is cool but I couldn't get it open without tearing the box. I like to save my product boxes so I don't want to tear or damage them. These are designed for a sport\fitness person in mind. It has a hook to go around your ear so that they never fall off no matter what you do. This is exactly what I am looking for because the other kind usually fall out after movement. Be sure when you start charging to take the tape off of the earbuds or they won't charge. Also, you can bend the hooks to fit around your ears but this can cause it not to come into contact with the charging pins when placing them in the case. I have large ears and found no need to bend the hooks. I am totally satisfied with the sound quality these produce. The bass is very good for earbuds once they are inserted. These have a touch sensitive button so you won't feel a click nor will you have to press hard. This can be easily triggered if you touch it right on the button but if you are trying to move them around, it doesn't get triggered. I can't tell a difference between noise canceling\ambient sound/off. There are three sound modes: Flat\Bass\Clear. I would recommend these to anyone.

Overall, these are OK – the sound quality is not bad; however, there are issues.
Setup – setting them up via Bluetooth was easy and straightforward. In the section, I’ll also include the fitment, as that is critical to getting the best sound for the earbuds – this took some adjustment and movement to get them to fit right. After putting them in 3-4 times, it became pretty easy to know how to adjust them. This drives another issue is in that I had the move the earpieces every time I put them in the case to charge.
Functionality – let’s start with the sound – once they are adjusted for your ears, they sound pretty good. The bass is crisp, although not really strong; the mids and highs were crisp. They stay secure in your ears, though a normal workout, I tried running, gym work, and even basketball, and they stayed put – this is probably the biggest plus. As for the tap function, it worked well, maybe even a bit too sensitively. The second biggest fail is the functionality modes (standard, noise canceling, and passthrough); all 3 sound the same.
Comfort – This was a big fail for me. After about 20 mins, my ears started to hurt from the solid frame portion of the earbud and the shape of my ear – I had no issues the the arm that wraps around my ear – those were actually very comfortable. I tried this multiple times, and to get the sound right, they put some much pressure on my ear that I think the longest I was able to use them was about 30 minutes before taking them out.
Battery life – I was never able to wear them long enough to determine the battery life.
Overall would give this a 3-star rating – the sound is decent, and they stay secure in your ear, and if they fit – however, they are a no-go for me.

Let's start with the positive - adjustable earpieces and a comfortable fit.
I have mixed emotions about the adjustable earpieces. On one hand they can be made to fit just about any ear shape. The downfall? Getting them back into the case. Instead of simply being able to place them into the charging case, you have to adjust them into place. So each and every time these are worn - you fit them to your ear then fit them to the case. It's kind of a pain and inconvenient. It also makes me wonder about the longevity of the adjustability.
Once in the ear they are actually comfortable, at least about the first 45 minutes or so. They do stay in place as well.
Now for the mid.
Pairing wasn't the most straightforward or stable. I connected these to an iPhone 17 Pro and a Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The Pixel seemed to connect right away and has remained stable. The iPhone took a couple of times to find them and has lost connection twice.
Battery life is average. Nothing to write home about and will certainly get you through a workout or a few hours of daily use.
The charging case is huge in comparison to just about every other brand on the market. Not the most convenient or pocketable case out there, though it is light. I do appreciate the USB-C charging and the three dot charging light indicator.
Touch controls do work as advertised, but can be activated by other things touching them. For instance, wearing these while laying down, I've had multiple instances of accidental "button presses".
Finally, the bad.
Sound quality is horrendous. Audio is bland, especially when listening to music. Phone calls are ok, but the output volume is so low. Watching videos sounds muted.
Well why don't you adjust the audio settings? Great question and I'd love to. However, the app is absolute trash. Well I should clarify - there are multiple JVC apps on the App Store and Play Store - NONE of which are compatible with these in-ear headphones. NONE! I made multiple attempts to connect through multiple apps on multiple devices - all with multiple failures. How do you have a product like this and NO functioning app.
I cannot recommend these at all. I am so unimpressed and underwhelmed. I really expected more from JVC.

Overall: While JVC is a known name in audio, this particular model left much to be desired, feeling generally weak and cheap, despite an acceptable, if unremarkable, sound profile. While these are on the cheaper end, so reduced fidelity is expected, you can do much better for only a little more with models from Jabra, Skullcandy, or Beats. Only consider these if you absolutely do not have the budget or ability to save up for a better set.
The sound quality of the HAEC75tb is best described as "OK." It manages to reproduce audio without significant distortion, but the overall presentation is notably weak. The sound lacks the richness, depth, and dynamic range that advanced users expect from modern wireless earbuds. These will be slightly better than the built in speaker on your phone, but not measurably. Going for true wireless headphones in the $70-100 will make a noticeable difference, if you like music. If all you listen to is talk / podcasts, these will be fine.
The fit was manageable, though not premium. The earbuds include various tips, but achieving a secure, comfortable seal was difficult. I never really got there. After 30 minutes or so, the earbuds felt too uncomfortable to leave in. The controls were easy to use, The controls were easy to use. Allowing for. The controls were easy to use. Allowing for simple touches to skip tracks, increase volume or decrease it. While these claim to have active noise cancellation. I did not detect any noticeable change when it was on. This could have been related to the poor fit and lack of isolation provided by the silicon ear tips.
Connectivity was good. I was able to quickly pair the earbuds to my phone on the first try. The connection was very stable. I did not leave the earbuds in long enough to test the battery life.

These headphones are:
* comfortable and stay in your ear no matter what you are doing,
* Battery life is quite solid.
* There is a IP rating on them, I think it is IP67. At a minimum it has some water protection and dust protection.
* The build is quite solid.
* ANC is good, not great.
* You can use only one earpiece at a time.
That is the good.
Here is the annoying:
* The bendable ear hook has to be adjusted to fit back in the case.
* There is no app.
* Touch controls are wonky.
* Case can be difficult to open.
The Bad.
With no app, you really have to mess with things to get the audio profiles to change. You will need to download the PDF from the JVC site to find out how to adjust anything. And trust me, you will want to change the audio profile.
The sound, even with on device changes, is very flat. There is a lack of base and treble. It feels like you are listening to music with talk show mixer settings. It is simply flat.
The next bad, I don't know how these are marked as fitness headphones. The only 'fitness' check boxes they would hit are they stay on your ear and have a IP rating. There are no health measurements, no real 'fitness' additions. Just water and dust resistance.
When opening the box, I thought these would be very good. I have had faith in JVC/Kenwood for years to put out a quality product. This one falls flat like the audio experience. I am giving it 3 stars based on build, comfort and how well they stay in place. They are OK to throw in a gym bag, but would not be my daily driver.
