Got these to take along on hikes. They work great. Very light weigh, you almost forget that they are on your neck. They sync up easy with the devices and the sound is great.

I was looking for a new hands-free piece when I saw this in BB at a fairly good price. The problem with it is that it is cumbersome - particularly if you're wearing a coat as you have to keep the microphones from getting covered. The recipient of the call has frequently stated that my conversation "breaks up" while I'm speaking though I don't know why. Will likely go back to one piece for the ear that's less hassle.

Bluetooth Behind-the-Neck Headphones

I'm quite satisfied with these headphones. I wanted some Bluetooth headphones for listening to music while at work with an 8+ hour battery life. The product specs says there is a 12 hour battery life however I'm convinced it is much longer. The sound quality is perfect for me. I've compared it to other headphones I own and found a noticeable difference in clarity although it's important to note that I have an inner ear issue and cannot tolerate increased bass tones. I'd love to rate them with 5 stars however there are unfortunately a couple of cons that aren't completely outweighed by the pros. The necklace (for lack of the proper name) is way too flexible and I sometimes worry that it will fall off so I try to keep at least 1 ear bud plugged in whether I'm listening to them or not. Also there is no voice instruction. So rather than voice updates about the battery strength, you get hardly audible beeps when it's time to charge - although as i said the battery life is impressive so I've always been at home by the time it wears out. This leads to another con as it then becomes necessary to charge the headphones without knowing how much life is left on the battery - which is most likely not healthy for the battery. And since the extensive battery life means an extensive charge time, I charge overnight. Another con is that there is only a tiny red light that goes out when the unit is charged.
I opted for the insurance and am very glad I did because the power button collapsed after only a few months so I was able to return them to Best Buy for a new unit. The process was streamlined and painless, and I was back in my car within 15 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy with these headphones.

This is a decent around the neck wireless BT earbuds with mic. Connection to iPhone 8 and iPad Pro was simple. It’s easy to switch pairing between devices. It has good enough sound and inexpensive. A couple shortcomings are 1) maximum volume feels a bit deficient, and 2) range at which audio begins to cut out is quite short (about 10 feet).

I think these headphones are great for the price because let's face it we don't want to charge anything ever and with these headphones you only probably need to charge it after a full week of using it also let's let's talk about the the appearance it's it's lightweight it looks appealing and it's comfortable the music is fair better than most wireless headphones especially the base end the app is a cool little added feature. Now my dislikes for the headphones are minor like the fact that I have to fidget with the charging port just to get it in because it's it's so well-placed to conceal the port from sweat which I guess is a good thing and a bad thing at the same time also the buttons are just a little too small and are placed a little too high I find myself constantly bending my arm and wrist really far up my neck just to press buttons other than that everything's great the adjustable bands are great the earbuds are snug the Bluetooth connectivity is great and i like the vibrates it has for notifications. Also i use it in the shower and havn't had any problems. But i wouldnt fully submerge them in it.

Sound is very good. Sound isolation is fantastic. Battery life is better than listed for my use. Comfortable and lightweight.Only complaint is the chemical (outgassing smell). I bought these in Oct. 2017, and they still have an unnatural odor, albeit not as strong as it was originally. Range is decent, although doesn't work very well through walls, even in close range. For the price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these, as they sound very good and have held up well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these headphones!! The Best Buy description is misleading (iOS) makes one think they wouldn't work with Android, but they do! Paired easily with my Motorola phone. They are off the chain! Glad I got the warranty on these cause I'm hard on stuff and I could wear these babies forever! The Sound is POWERFUL!! UNREAL for the price!!! When I looked for new headphones I took manufacturer into account & JVC has ALWAYS made great electronics & awesome sounding speakers. The fit is amazing! I thought the necklace around my neck might bother me but it's so lightweight you don't notice it. And the earbuds are like earplugs, so you pinch them and then they expand when u put in your ears, which minimizes outside noise and increases the high & low tones & bass. The controls are easy to reach and use. I haven't tried making a call with them yet, I will later today and see how well the microphone and sound is during a call. Can't imagine it won't be great also! **MUST CHARGE BEFORE USING THEY DON'T COME READY TO USE** That was the only small issue. Patience while waiting for them to get a full charge so I could try them out lol!!

I really like these earbuds. I had some before that didn’t have the flexible neck thing and they weren’t comfortable around my neck. They kept pulling each time I turned my head. Due to the discomfort, I wouldn’t put them around my neck and ended up laying them down and losing them. These don’t do that. They are very comfortable. I sometimes forget they are around my neck. Another thing I love is the battery life. It seems to last forever. I charged them and used them about an hour a day and they lasted a couple of weeks. The earbuds fit in my ears really well...but you definitely have to squish them before putting them in.
The only negative I have is I wish the stereo sound was a little better. It is good but could be a little better. I think the bass sounds need to be a little deeper.

Overall maybe the best Wireless ear buds for the money. They have plenty of bass for me, and they block out outside noise extremely well....but the highs sound thin and tinny slightly. They are durable and lightweight. Battery life is excellent. I regularly get close to 18-20 hours. However I don't listen very loud.

Mainly got these because they come in my favorite color lol. They’re pretty decent, not top notch, but I definitely think they’re good for the price point. Took me a a few minutes to figure out how to adjust them to fit me right, but if you read the instructions you won’t have that problem lol

The problems I have experienced are the neck band doesn't stay on well and I have difficulty getting them in my ears (could just be isolated issue). I have had them quite a while and are used frequently. I am very satisfied with the sound quality and durability. I have dropped and set on them many times. I have had them catch and pulled off my neck or snatched off charging cord... no damage what so ever. Holds a charge for a very very long time.. impressive to me. The neck band does not hold its shape after several months of use, but yet to replace them. They work as well as the first day I bought them.

I bought these as a wireless pair to use for when I'm at work using my laptop. they are great and have great sound. I just wish they were louder. even with my volume on the laptop at 100% they are still not loud enough.

Some like Beats, some like skull candy. But I prefer JVC.
These are the most comfortable earphones around! Whatever you do though, make sure it’s the marshmallow headphones and not the gummy.
The gummy ones feel like you’re stuffing “gummy bears” in your ear. They hurt. But the marshmallow versions feel like fluffy clouds in your ear. They also have that noise cancellation effect without the expensive price.
The Bass levels are comfortable without the overpowering boom that may cause a headache. The kids and highs have that sweet spot.
I recommend these 100%.

Got these for my wife, she didn't like them. I now use them as a back up pair. They are comfortable and sound good, but there is no button for answering the phone on them. Price was right.

I believe these headphones deserve a 5 star rating. However, the volume was lacking to really enjoy the music and the clarity for phone calls left me repeating myself frequently. the comfort and battery life were very acceptable and choice of colors could be better. I give an overall score of 3 stars. Would i recommend to a friend? If price was the key, they are not bad for being at the bottom end of the price line. But I spent the extra money and bought more expensive, better quality headphones. My answer would be no, I would not recommend if you are going to use all the time.
