When I bought my laptop, the salesperson recommended Kaspersky. And I'm super glad I go it. Like the added security when I use financial sites.

This is great protection for your computer from all of the nasties on the web. The only downside is it asks too many questions for the casual user.

I bought this product with my computer at a Best Buy store, and I am having a very hard time putting the product on my computer. Kapersky will not recognize my verification code. I don't know if this is because I bought it through Geek Squad, because the last time I got Kapersky I bought it separately. I will contact Geek Squad and have it resolved soon I hope.

it came with computer had used Norton then switch to the one Microsoft offered .So this is the first time for this one so far so good will see

I used it for awhile and it seemed to be working fine, but every time I tried to connect with my bank it wanted me to use their version of a browser (another instance of Chrome (presumably with added safety features) which opened on top of my original browser. Then when I closed it I'd see my original browser with about 30 new tabs opened and they were all identical, telling me I should use their safe' browser. I eventually replaced it with Norton.

Simple to download and install on my two laptops and my android device. Will not work while another antivirus is installed. It will suggest and remove any existing software. It does a good job of this. I have always used Norton AV but the price just keeps going up. This is a fair price for a good product.

Came free with the purchase of a Surface, so the price was great. I still prefer Norton products. So far the software has worked as described.

This product does a pretty good job at protecting my computers, if you go to high risk sites then you are on your own, it's not Krytonite.

Anti Virus is a hard sell as fast a they find a fix someone finds a way around them.. Will be watching to see how good this is and remains to be.

I have never had an infection with this product. I have used others but all ways ended with viruses that they could not contain or eradicate.

This was a product that was included as a special when we bought a laptop. I am going to purchase this type again if needed. Easy to install.

Usually no problems. Still wonder though why computer gets slower all the time. Real time updates should keep up with ever changing threats.
