I have tried ordering these 2 times. The first time I ordered 2 and one was snapped in half and I had to return it but it happens and I can’t blame bestbuy for what was most likely a delivery company mistake.
The second time I received a used product with rat feces on the tape from whoever returned it before Best Buy decided to try and bait and switch me as I had purchased a new one. I never even bothered to open it as it was clearly a used item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great product and awesome quality. But, I truly wish that KEF should’ve provided them standard. Instead of purchasing them separately.

I got grilles for my new speakers just because I am used to having them on, but they really add elegance and complement the look of already beautiful KEF speakers.

Major delays due to covid. Once received I don’t think it’s worth it. Muddies audio.
