Love the Apple car play n the feature it has also Sound amazing would recommend upgrading speakers if u still have factory ones would sound much better … overall Kenwood makes nice stereos good quality sound like always … got this on sale very happy

Works as advertised. Need something nice with car play but not too expensive. Sounds great lots of options and settings.

Nice sounding and easy to use. The Apple play/ android play are very easy to set up

Geek Squad installation technician was extremely professional and did a great job on install. The sales team during purchase did make a major mistake the date of purchase in store, all items needed were purchased but the sales person forgot order the main face plate bracket system to install the unit, so the day of installation that was scheduled upon arrival the part hadnt been ordered and could not do the installation, which caused a big inconvenience and had to reschedule a week later.

This receiver looks stylish and is very functional. I have found it to be very intuitive to use. My only wish is that it had a remote, which would make the volume control easier to control.

Let me begin by saying that for the price you get all the "bells and whistles of a system that would normally cost much more. My issues however is that after placing a call it will display a icon that says it's calling the number I just hung up on ? It doesn't matter if you hit the hang up button on the stereo or even if you hit the off button on your actual phone it will not reset it's self unless you turn your engine completely off release the key from the ignition and restart the car. This task is not an option if your driving unless you pull over and repeat the steps I just named off. Not sure why it does this but it would nice if the phone would reset after each call giving the customer a chance to call someone else with out pulling the car over. The mirroring feature sometimes can be a hassle as well.

Use is very easy, fits into my dash like it should, sound is great and good wattage

My only issue with this unit is that if you’re not driving and you don’t have steering wheel controls, the touch screen volume controls kind of suck. The trade off is that the unit is super flat on your dash and looks very clean. CarPlay is fantastic.

Was looking for a reliable and easy use stereo for my daughter that started driving. Needing to update old stereo. She really likes it, super easy to figure out and use.

Over all it's a nice stereo for the price. Only problem I have is that there's no mute button and volume control is slow

I installed this in my older vehicle and it modernizes the system. I have access to CarPlay, hands free calling, nice big map when needed, all the features you would want and need in a newer vehicle. I did a self install even though Best Buy was offering free installation. It was pretty easy and took me a few hours.

Great for my SUV it fit good and sound great. My kids enjoy the music and the one thing that's even better I can connect my phone to make calls and receive.

Not sure on the operating portions and clock doesn't keep time but it plays.
