I am very impressed with my new technology. The screen even tilts a bit - no glare. Connections for 2 phones. I like that it has some real buttons. It’s way easy to move between screens. This is the second purchase of digital media with Car Play. I love this one. More options, easier to use.

Scored this on sale, it’s been excellent for my vehicle. The CarPlay feature is what I bought it for and it’s a nice improvement over the stock stereo. UI is clean and easy to navigate, can’t speak for the outputs yet as I have basically just been using it with stock speakers but the EQ makes getting the right sound very simple.

I have nothing bad to say since i first installed the radio myself. Android Auto and Apple Carplay work excellent although I will say that carplay interface is a lot cleaner that android auto. the Radio boots up fast and does not lag at all, the screen is very responsive and fast, So many EQ settings!!! I just need a back up camera

Love this Kenwood system! I have a backup camera connected to it & works great. Love how it connects quickly & great sound! I got this system after TWO pioneer systems stopped working after 2 weeks and the replacement pioneer screen went black 48 hours after install. Worth every extra $!! Kenwood is the way to go!

Sound is great, rear view camera function is good and you can even turn on while driving if needed. Lots of great features. Only con I have is that the graphics and touchscreen look and are a bit clunky. Price was good for unit. Happy with purchase. Please keep in mind, this is more of an entry level touchscreen media player...

I got this head unit the other day as a replacement for my '16 Optima's stock radio. I've had other Kenwood double dins in other cars, but wanted the Android Auto, and this unit delivered. There's nothing fancy about it, but does have a crisp image and provides plenty of options for customizing the display/sound.

Installed in an 2003 F-350 so I could install a reverse camera. Ended up installing myself, not a bad process with the proper harness and equipment. I did have to cut the dash out to fit the radio as it is larger than Ford's standard radio interface. Connects automatically and the Apple Car Play works great!

Great receiver to replace old factory stereo. Love the Apple Car Play and blue tooth capability. Maps go from phone to receiver’s screen. Hands free phone functions also. Love it. Would recommend to others. Only negative thing I can think of is, no CD player. Have to use portable blue tooth player. No big deal.

I can't give it 5 stars since it has some quirks but overall it does pretty well. The screen isn't as vibrant as I would like when using Waze or Google maps but you can see it ok. The main complaint is with Android Auto and the connection with the USB cable, some times it works and sometimes it doesn't.

This system was the best we have purchased. Not only is the screen vibrant and clear, but the audio on this bad boy is amazing. We installed it in out Tacoma and do not regret it! After lots of researching and debating, we are glad we got this model and having Android auto is such a lifesaver!

Solid receiver. Local channels are not are clear as i would like, but I think everyone buying this is doing so for the integrated Spotify and CarPlay. For that it is top notch. I can even use CarPlay while wireless which isn't supposed to work in a budget model like this, but it does.

This is a good system except a couple of issues. 1. It is hard to see the screen in bright sunlight. 2. The kenwood app only works when you open the app from your phone. It doesn't auto connect to the built in apps like Waze etc. But for the price I think this is still a good system

For a 2010 Mistubishi Evolution X: Best Buy audio techs did a wonderful job with installation. The DMX7705s changes the way I listen to music/navigate/make calls/send txt messages in my car. The interface is great and user friendly. At the same time for us audiophilers out there, we can dial in with the 13-way EQ to our preferences. It also comes with so many other audio features like surround sound set-up, stage ambient set-up, front/back-up camera view and set-up, etc. If you can find a deal on this receiver for under $300 jump on it. With the things that comes with it its easily worth $700.
