I purchased a stereo and specifically chose one that included steering wheel controls. When I added it to my cart, it automatically added what I thought was everything needed for the installation. The installer didn’t inform me that I needed additional parts until the installation was completed. Then, he told me that I would have to buy that part and pay for installation but I would have to do it another time since it was the end of the day. He should have told me before so I could buy the part and have it all installed at the same time. Now I’ll have to pay for installation and waste my time for a second installation. The installer also told me he had trouble installing the backup cam. Now, when I back up and it’s a little dark, I can barely see anything and the view is limited. That’s not great customer service. The radio works well though.

Geat unit for the money. I would have given it a 5 star rating the only thing making it a 4 due to not being able to connect my I Pod to the unit by bluetooth or hard wired. I will figure out a work around to make this happen.

Excellent upgrade from my stock stereo and a quality install by the BB Technician. It sounds great and has me wanting new speakers next.

Everything works well except radio is slow at coming on when cranking the car and the volume wanes down when backing up and blared unexpectedly.

Radio and camera work great. We had an issue with the wiring which was common as we just found out but all in all I am happy with the unit.

I like the unit all but the volume doesn’t adjust by holding The up or down arrow. you have to keep tapping it.

I like the radio and layout. It’s very easy to use and appealing. However it has some bugs, like it will cut to black for CarPlay when trying to use Siri and the only way to get CarPlay to work again is by restarting the vehicle. Otherwise mostly enjoying the radio.

Great sound and easy-to-use. Display is layed out very well. I have only used a fraction of its total functions.

I have a 2013 nissan rogue and it indeed fits my car and it operates perfectly fine. Ppl have even said kenwood worked well for them

The Kenwood is a good radio however it is a little clunky when you're trying to listen to radio stations. It doesn't always show you which station you are choosing to listen to.

The service tech was really good sales manager was very helpful really happy with the overcome of the radio

Had Best Buy install radio, I had to drive 3.5 hours twice because satellite radio was cutting out and had to relocate antenna. They dont really tell you of all the extra material you need for radio install

So far it's nice works well easy to use would be another if needed

Bought for my son and installed it myself. The unit is apple play ready and he has had no issues maneuvering through it.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this radio has significant screen glare issues. During the day, the display is tough to see because it isn't bright enough to overcome the glare. I originally purchased the JVC 6.8" Model:KW-M590BT and returned it for the same issue. Best Buy suggested the Kenwood, but they are the same company, and worse. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this radio.

Great value and gave me instant CarPlay and additional great "modern day" tech in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Definitely recommend this product and also Best Buy's installation team.
