This Kenwood receiver has alot of useful features at a great price point. Easy to navigate with the touch screen features. The installation was flawless and very professional.

Better than old radio i had but have an issue with making calls from phone over the radio

The stereo looks great in the box, no issues with shipping or delivery. However, the sales and installation teams are separate, even if they try to tell you differently, what they quote is so far different, this experience was horrendous. Quoted $50 for installation, scheduled, and even had both the sales person at Best buy and their corporate recorded lines verify installation with parts I had to order because they couldn't get them. When I showed up foru appointment I was immediately told that there would be additional costs, and asked if I still wanted the work done. Turned out they had me order the wrong parts at $500 cost, so true installation would have been an additional $1000. Installation at Best Buy is a scam! Tried to talk to a manager...he said yup, that's how it works. Best Buy or Geek Squad installation is a massive, Horrendous Scam! Be Warned
